I sterlise a needle and eke it out. I also run my finger under a warm tap to make the skin softer.
I love doing things like this do wish I could do it for you! Hope you get it out.
Also hope a medic come along and tells you the proper way to do it as not sure my method is the best.

Tweezers and what you can't get should work its way out

Toothpaste then a plaster overnight (or few hours) is meant to work.

Put butter/marg on a plaster, put a bit of sugar on top and leave on over night, it softens the skin and helps it to work its way out. Sounds crazy but it works.

If I can't get it out I just wash it, put some savlon on it and leave it, covered with a plaster if necessary. They usually work their way out themselves.

My mum used to get me to do the butter/sugar thing when I was a kid. I thought she was crazy the first time she prepared the plaster for me! Worked though. By the morning some of it should have worked its way out sufficiently to get hold of with the tweezers. Feels very weird when you put the plaster on though. Oh, and if you put too much butter on then it all seeps out of the plaster

they will work them selves out, dont tweeze unless theres a good big bit you can grab hold of as it causes more trauma
id soak you hand in warm water for a while then try to milk it out, if you cant get it then conver it over and it should work its way out, if it starts oozing pus then see the gp for antibiotics but basically jsut leave it unless easily grabable
DO NOT put butter/sugar on it, it can introduce so much infection to it

if it happens again, magnesium sulphate is good for drawing things out!

Glad you managed to get it out :) - a hot needle is always the best option in this situation, or at least it works well for me.
