hey gorgeous girlies how are you all doing?
so who's started their christmas shopping yet? i've done a few bits but nothing i can look at and say yes i'm organised this year. i've decided what charlie is going to give grandparents this year, and that is we are going to decorate them each a flower pot, then fill it with their favourite sweets and chocolates and wrapped complete with a pretty bow, hopefully that will make them smile!!!!!
well hubby came home at the weekend woohoo it was great to see him after nearly 4 weeks of not and we had a fab weekend. charlie's godparents had him stay over theirs on sat night which meant we got to go out for a romantic meal and a night on the town, and to make it even better didn't even have a hangover the next day
also got weighed today and not quite sure how i did it with this weekend i just had, but i lost 2lb, which means i've got another 2lb to go and i've lost my first stone
hope you all well
love zoe x x

Wow the stone!!!! Good for you girl!!!!
Glad you and John had a good weekend, aren't you lucky a)not to have a hangover, and b)that Charlies godparents looked after him. Sounds like it was fun!!!!
I've now officially finished the xmas shop!!!!!! Laura got me started, then I couldn't stop!!!!! All I need now is wrapping paper! How smug am I?????
Usual probs with outlaws, and Jc being as naughty as ever-apart from that I'm well thanks x

*pokes rach for being smug* i lost momentum!
Well done again zoe, nearly there!!! Glad you had a lovely weekend!
Thats a lovely idea for the grandparents, were making biscuits and bits for ours!
Were still all flu-ey im the worst, feel awful, but feel fine for about 2hrs in the middle of the day atm so i make the most of that!
Planned little lolas birthday, feeling rather emotional that shes almost one! Were having a party at our local zoo, and thanks to my aunt being a platinum card holder were getting it cheaper and 2 free adults!
Im completely lacking in ideas for pressies for her, think i may end up having to leave it at the 4 things weve got so i have some ideas for christmas, her main pressies a wheelybug xl, which i know shel love!

My aunt planned the zoo, said everyone pay for them selves etc, then said oh book it as a party and divide the cost between the familys, we have 6 children going, get two free adults, aunt and uncle have cards so free anyway so only grams and mum have to pay seperate,
anyway, i thought it was really reasonable for 6 children to have a day in the zoo, two course meal, party bags, invites, a choice of 'close encounter' and a homemade personalised cake, its £54! so its costing around £8 a child!

Hi,Zoe.Well done on that weight loss AGAIN.Glad you and hubby had a lovely weekend.Must be so nice to have him home.
That's a great idea with the plant pots.
Did a big Christmas order yesterday.Still a long way to go.
Sounds lovely for a 1st Birthday ,Laura. We did the zoo for Harry's 1st,not on the day,a few days later, but it was nice. Can't believe she's that old already.
We had a bit of a mad week and weekend. We had Bridie's birthday last weekend, then my Mum's Wednesday,my Dad's Thursday,Erin's Friday.Bridie went to a party Saturday,Erin went shopping with my sister same day,and I had a school reunion that night.25 years since we started Grammar School.Soooo scary, but in the end everyone was drunk, nobody cared, and it was the best night out I've had in ages.Fortunately no hangover Sunday cos Bridie was coming down with a bug,and SIL invited herself and nephew over.I've been putting them off a couple of weekends so it seemed rude to say no.Monday Bridie's bug turned out to be swine flu,so had to go and get the tamiflu, and the school runs, and Harry's swimming lesson.Today's been quieter, still don't know where it's gone.Tomorrow afternoon got to pick Arthur up half day so we can spend the afternoon at his new school ,then be back at the old school in time to get the others.Thursday Harry's got to be at school EARLY agggh, for his 11+,as he's sitting it first thing.Thursday afternoon I have to go to a tea party Erin's class are holding.
Finally they all break up Thursday afternoon.Last day at that school for Arthur and Erin,so a bit sad about that, but it has to be done.At last Friday's the holidays. Can't wait.Too tired ATM.

Took Arthur on his visit today. All he said was shut up,go away, wish you were dead(that bit was to me),I'm going home NOW!!!!It's just Arthur in defence mode, cos of course all the kids in his new class wanted to meet him and he's all self conscious cos Arthur hates people looking at him.Lovely teachers, they are aware of Arthur's problems, and I know he'll be fine once we're over the getting to know the people and the school. So lovely kids, really sweet little boy called Zack made me a bead necklace, and he told me Arthur wasn't sad any more cos he saw him smile.I think there'll be a few fireworks when I actually leave him the first day,but we'll have to deal with it.
Another Pontypine down with the flu.Whirly's got a temperature, and she's miserable.Bridie seems well now,I'll just keep her off school, they break up tomorrow
