There have been quite a few threads about it on MFP, it's something like aerobic exercise its listed as. Use the search facility to look for thirty day shred and some threads will come up on it x

I have looked it up as 25 mins for each level as although they are only 20 mins you have the warm up too
Level 1 - 176 cals
Level 2 - 202 cals
Level 3 - 189 cals

I usually put it down as 20 min general circuit training on mfp.
