I've been a very good wifey & bought my H Thai chilli basil chicken & rice for his dinner. Trouble is, it was served hot at lunchtime, in a cardboard 'take out' container. Would you bung in the microwave or transfer to oven dish & cook in oven?
That is of course assuming it makes it home, it's so ficking delicious I might just eat the lot on the train home

I would do it in the microwave.put it in a bowl, add a drop of water and cover and cook.

I don't think harmful bacteria would grow that quickly - the micro option would be fine.
