So out of the blue my husband and I decided a new little baby we be a lovely addition to our new home in the countryside
After 8 months of trying I'm thrilled that I am now 4 weeks pregnant. I am aware at 41 I am classed as an older mum, because of this I'm concerned about keeping baby safe. I'm having cramping, similar to period pain and worried about doing anything physical, I was so active with my pregnacies in my twenties and now I'm scared to do anything ... Just in case!
Should I keep up playing tennis and Zumba etc or just rest during my first trimester? Does anyone else feel over cautious.
Also Would love to hear from anyone else over 40 and have a big age gap?
