I loved everything about it. Even the garden but wondering if I need someone to say its wrong / selfish.
I've had one impartial view from the Man Friend, which was 'I like the garden'. [:/]
I've included a pic. It's on two levels, both small squares. I'd take the Twirly down and maybe put the table up there? Not sure. It's big enough for C on the scooter, and a little ball game. Not big enough for A but there is a park within walking distance. I love the fact there's no grass. Lazy cow.

You'd get on with the MF Fi
I can't stop thinking about the house, it's so nice. Mind you living with mum and step dad I am aware I am probably not being impartial about it.

It looks nice, although not the most child friendly garden I have seen.
It's pretty though.

It looks nice.
If you can't stop thinking about the house, it may be because it's the one for you! I would go for a second viewing x

I love the garden too, suppose it depends if you want the option of opening the door and letting the kids out to play while you get on with stuff in the house, in which case it isn't a great garden.
I want to see the rest of the house now!

If I go for it I'll share it!

If the rest of the house is as fab as the garden then I reckon you could be on to a winner
