H turns 30 in April. We are going to center parcs over the weekend of his birthday and the money for that is his present for the most part, i've also bought him a couple of activities to do when we are there. A sailing lesson and highwire thingy.
But i'd like to get him something small to open and something from P. Total cost of under £50 ideally as we've already spent a lot on CP!
Not on the high street have some nice bits. I thought a framed picture or print of somewhere important to us might be nice. We are in the process of getting a new house so something for that might be nice.
Ideas on a postcard ladies!!!

Does he need a nice new wallet? Or belt?

The print sounds lovely. You could then also get a couple of '30th keepsake' bits, for H's 40th I got loads of personalised little things off eBay (I bought him 40 presents ya' see so a lot had to be small!!) Things like a personalised pint glass or mug, chocolate bar, coaster, keyring with photo of P? Etc. Then he'll have a few nice bits to open too.

Ooh I also did H a DVD of photos, set against some of his favourite songs, from when he was a baby up until now - the last one was of our scan picture (aww!) I called it 'His name - your story so far'. I also thought of doing a photo book with a similar theme, but decided on the DVD. Would he like that kind of thing?

Ooo some fab ideas. I like the idea of lots of little bits....will have a hunt on ebay.
Not on the high street do prints of different map areas, i was thinking of one of St Lucia which is where we went on honeymoon. He was also saying he'd like a mug with P's picture on for work, that doesn't cost much.
Hmmmm i think i need a list!

I could do you something like this, in your budget. (I'm in the process of setting up a fb page business) you can be one of my guinea pigs if you like??

Or a number 30 made out of words of your choice. Or any shape you like really!

Oh that's a really fab idea, thank you Giddy!! I am going to make a shortlist of ideas and then decide but that will definitely be on it. Thank you!
