'Please be warned: I have noticed that my calendar from Royal Society of Astronomy ends on 31st December 2012 - from this I am making the massive speculative jump that these scientists know something and therefore the world will obviously end on 31st December. Unless someone else can think of a reason why a calendar would suddenly stop?'
Would you take them seriously?
Does this sound liek the person is being taken seriously or not to get this as a response:
'ask the ancient Mayans, their calendar suddenly stops December 21, 2012 and all of a sudden so many ignorant white people are running around like Chicken Little "the sky is falling!..." or in this case "the world is ending!..."'
