Wraps of some kind? ie fajitas, burritos, reggae or nando, or balti wraps
We do a curry stir fry so instead of noodles its rice with meat veg and curry sauce (Pataks paste with stock)
Salmon steaks with new potatoes & veg (heat some sweet chilli sauce to pour over salmon - AMAZING!)

CP Lentil Ragu link here
I made it for the first time last week after my sister reccomended it and it was lovely.
Make pancakes like normal then stuff with filling of choice (essentially add a line of filling then roll pancake) place in dish top with a tomatoe or white sauce or just grated cheese and bung on oven to bake or under grill if just using grated cheese
popular fillings here
white sauce with smaked haddock, prawns etc
white sauce with ham leeks chicken etc
little bit time consuming but that could be because I am yet to find my ideal blend so still trying different recipies, but I used to love them in lunchboxes and easy to do a big batch and freeze
