No idea how many people I 'know' are still here! Had to come back and share some good news about my SIL for those that followed last years pregnancy dilemmas! After she miscarried and went on to fall pregnant very quickly afterwards, she has had a successful pregnancy and today gave birth to a beautiful little girl weighing in at 6lbs 11oz. We don't know who the dad is (eek!) as there are two men that it could be. I don't know whether she plans to find out but that's her business and it seems neither are in her life much any more. My MIL was supposed to be with her for the birth but got admitted into hospital herself the day before so MILs sister had the honour of being there. She had a super quick labour and baby arrived 45 minutes after she got to the hospital. I'm really proud of her, she is breast feeding so well and seems to be taking it all in her stride. Sadly there are still some family members that are being unsupportive (happy to say it is NOT my husband and he has really tried hard to show an interest in this baby which I'm proud of him for!)
Hope everyone is well? I'll do my best to stick around again this time!!

Hello! Lovely to see you on here. Lots of people have given up flogging what seemed to be a rather lifeless horse and either don't post or have moved elsewhere. I am still here lurking in the background.
Congrats to your SIL. IIRC, she was quite young? Or am I imagining it. She'll be fine, and now baby is here I bet all of the unsupportive bunch fawn over her. Life is too short and babies have a funny way of bringing people together.
How are things in the sun?

Oh such a shame isn't it sshh? She is 21 yes! I just hope she can prove everyone that doubts her wrong! I'm sure she will (and my MIL will do her best to help ha!)
It's raining! Has been since 6pm yesterday! Makes roads treacherous as there is no drainage system but it's wonderful! It's really cool for once! How are things with you? Is UK weather any better than ours?!

That's good news.
As long as she has some supporters, the doubters dont matter. I had plenty of those when I had C at 18, and look how well he turned out... ;)

Hi WS, so strange I was just thinking about some missing hitchers today and you were one of them. I remember about your SIL, glad to hear all went well and that she's doing well. I hope as you say that she proves everyone wrong and does great even on her own.
How are the kids? I can't believe it was a year past you had M! I hope here both doing well x

Sadly I think most have jumped the sinking ship, especially on off topic :-( Must be lovely having your parents over for a longer period. Congratulations on the new place!
