Alright,it's a few flakes that won't settle,but it's exciting anyway,cos we don't usually get much here.

We had snow today too - always get plenty in the Pennines!
I managed to get the car stuck in the pre-school car park dropping Melissa off and had to be pushed onto the road, learnt my lesson though and walked to pick her up! If it wasn't the last day of term and the party she has been waiting for all week we would have had a snow day too!

Im so jealous!! Have been watching the news and all those kids out having fun..
We only had a couple of centimetres during the night, not enough for fun but enough for treachery on the roads! I want more!!!!!!!!

They said we're getting more tonight.Hope so,it's looking very Christmassy out there. The kids want to build a friend for their snowman.Arwen had to say goodnight to him and have a chat with him at bedtime. Not sure howwe'll explain the melting thing yet
Really feeling the cold.I'm not going out anywhere, and Darren's off all weekend,so we can get snowed in.Just needs to be gone by Wednesday,so Tesco can deliver my shopping, lol.

Yesterday woke up to snow all around. The cats went NUTS!Pumpkin was SO excited, rolling in it, digging in it, jumping in it and talking/growling with excitement. Kiki was like "meh" as seen it before, Amber explored for a bit but Theo wouldnt go near it teehee.
Was told there would be more but woken up this morning and no snow never mind

Our schools finished up and sent everything home Thursday, just in case.Such a shame your little one missed out on her nativity.Don't suppose they'll reschedule, even though it'll be a bit late.Still,it's nice to have snow at Christmas for a change.Must be so nice for you having that garden,we lived in a flat for 4 years then moved into a house in January that year and it snowed soon after,so that was the first time our kids played out in the snow.
Enjoy it while it lasts.
