Our Sony Bravia tv taken by the JL engineers on Monday, sadly its diedso because we are still in warrenty they have to offer us another telly. So h has just phoned and we are getting the upgraded smart tv. Still Sony Bravia and still 46inches! We just need to pay £50 to extend the warranty as they were only going to offer us 8 months warranty. So our old Sony Bravia ww as bought in 2008 and the warranty was till August this year so the screen died and now we can have this brand spanker!! iv said it before and will say it again [old lady icon] John Lewis customer service are amazing , after the lovely people on Monday, then the people today I'm soooo impressed! They were offering us a Samsung but h said we have a Sony tv stand and he'd prefer a Sony so they said ok!

I wish they dealt in cars and then they could take our car that was stolen and give me a new one for £50
My cousin works for them in the nursery dept so like an old woman iv just text her saying how impressed I am (its not even her store or department so I'm sure she coukdnt care less lol),

That's amazing! I love JL customer service, best I've come across. Is the Smart TV good? H has just walked in with a blooming 55" Samsung Smart TV because apparently we just NEED one...

I wish they'd expand and open a store over here! Along with Selfridges. I miss them both!
