    Hiya

I am coming home for the whole summer (9wks) and need to hire a car. Initially there will be Chris (16) and the 3 little ones. What I need to know is what normal small 5 seater car can I get a car seat in, a booster and a high back booster all across the back???
I was thinking Fiesta, Astra etc...
    Thanks in advance...

    Its so frustrating isnt it?

Thanks Mog for looking that up for me....

I will be getting a Sharan or whatever when OH arrives but for the first 6 weeks I wanted to save money as we have just bought a house and I need to furnish if from scratch...

We looked at buying a car but we are only home a few times a year so would be a waste of money. Mind you our daughter Lauren is taking lessons so maybe she could have it..

my head is done in with so much to think about at the moment. We are moving house here, buying one and furnishing it at home, sorting out the utlities, etc... aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

we have a renault scenic which will seat a 0-4yr seat a booster cusion and a highbacked booster but some of the newer models have rounded seats with raised edges which make fitting a seat a bugger! oh and beware isofix my bestie had a horrid experience where her 22month old was able to release the isofix whilst sat in the seat on a blinking motorway!!!!

Noooo... god I bet your mate was beside herself.

I am still stuck not really knowing what to do. Think I will just have to fork out for something like a Zafira... eeekkk.. all that money for a car. I suppose I could get off my lardy arse and walk but we want to go out for days to the beach, parks etc.. I miss the UK so much and I want to get out and about as much as I can. When I get back to Bahrain in Sept it will be 50 degrees and as humid as been in the shower.... hate it..

    thanks again
