    Hi,

I'm new to this site and have been with my husband for 8 years married for just over 1 year and ttc for about 5 months. My cycle is normally between 28-30 days meaning my period is due between today and sunday.

I took a pregnancy test today just out of curiosity and used the clear blue on which says it works 4 days before missed period but then read the instructions and it said the 99.9% accuracy is only from the first day of missed period

So...does anyone reckon the test could be wrong and maybe i'm not pregnant afterall? Has anyone else had a positive result which is wrong...I dont want to get too excited.

    Thanks in advance

    Emma.xx

I got a BFN when I did that. I was still thinking I was pregnant so repeated 2 days later and got BFP. So I'd say yours is correct.

    Hi
I did the same thing. With my first little boy i had 2 negative tests 3 years ago. I am 11 weeks pregnant now and this time i had a test done at the walk in centre after doing one myself on the day i was due on. The test line was really faint but the nurse said you can't have a false ppositive so i would say it's positive.
    Good luck xx
