about a kid in year 6 who is picking on her.
I think his grandparents live somewhere near us and I've seen him hanging around a few times when the kids are playing out and a couple of weeks ago he pushed E over and she hurt all of her knees, the next time I saw him I shouted at him and told him to keep away from her.
A few times she's come in from school and told me he's been following her round calling her names, then she told me last night that he punched her in the face yesterday, she told the teacher who told her that he was a nice boy and wouldn't do that This teacher then told E's teacher and she was told just to forget about it - wtf???
I've just spoken to the Deputy Head who is going to speak to them both and get back to me. She wants to warn him off as H is on the war path so the kid wants to keep his distance. I've told E that if he hits her again to hit him back but he is huge so it wouldn't do anything. H told her to just find a stick and whack him with that!!!

thats terrible! good for you for ringing up!
I hate bullies, and I hate when schools don't do anything.
"Ofsted" seems to be the magic word at C's school whenever there is an issue.
Hope E isn't too upset by that boy.

Ha ha AK I bet, all schools are afraid of Ofsted. She's not upset, she's pretty tough but I'm still not having it. Stil not heard back from the Deputy Head but I hope something is being done about it.

That kind of thing happening fills me with dread, what a wee (or big) sh!te to do that. How dare he!
Glad E is ok and hope the Depute comes back with a pro-active response.
