SO you are averaging around 1.5lbs a week, thats good seeing as you have so little to loose.
I just thought you'd have either lost loads really quickly as you dont eat enough, or it been really slow loss, but thats about average isnt it?
Does your leader know you have pp left over daily and weekly?
Only asking as we were told that the reason you should eat all 26pp is to stay healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.

I don't tell her anything about what I eat, I just go in, get weighed and go out. But because I don't really do it at weekends, it will all average out.
I am not hungry, not starving myself, just go for really low pointed stuff through the week

I'm jumping in because I never ate my 26pp a day. Some days it was about 10pp others 20pp but I can hardly recall ever eating for the full 26, well in fact they pointed me with 27 so I never ate that many.
I've listed before what I'd eat. Just because you can have 26pp doesn't mean you need to eat them. I don't see the point in doing really well all day then thinking oh I've got 6 points left let me scoff that bar of chocolate. For me WW and pointing helped me make better choices with foods. Cutting back on carbs, upping my fruit & veg intake.

I hardly eat bread now, choose everything low fat, eat a lot of salad.

So if you didnt follow it at the weekends Kellfi, do you think you probably ending up eating them and the 49 anyway?
I think the whole point of WW is that its a lifestyle not a quick fix 'diet', so eating the 26pp means you get enough of the carbs, protein, fruit veg etc.

It's definitely not a quick fix diet. I don't believe in those at all.

If I wanted a quick fix, I would have went on something like Atkins etc.
I reckon some weeks yes, other weeks no. I am not going to stuff my face for the sake of it. My eating habits have improved massively.

Mine too Fi and I stopped doing WW last year. I follow the principle of low fat high protein now and I'm still losing on some weeks despite me eating things like McDs and a dirty kebab lol
