Yes it is another Jillian DVD!!! Well I did week one of Ripped in 30 last week and liked it, moved onto week 2 and it was loads of planking which isn't really targeting my areas that I need to improve for my holiday in June.
So I tried Killer Buns & Thighs for the first time tonight and my god, if I keep this up til I go on holiday I am going to have buns of steel. Highly recommended.....so far!

ooh i've got that too, (it was wrapped in a double pack with ripped until the start of this week) must actually put it in the dvd player sometime

Does she do a really good stomach one that doesnt hurt knees?

The ripped in 30 is way easier on the knees than the Shred 1stbaby, and all that planking would be good for the stomach I think. Might be worth a look on youtube if you don't have it to see if it might suit.

maybe google 6 week 6 pack too 1st baby? title suggests that it'll be more stomach work but not sure about knees....
