Sorry for more questions, is it supposed to be really soft? Like butter consistency? xxx

Mine were pretty soft when I rolled them, they will harden up if left in the fridge.

Mmmmm truffles! When I make mine, they're pretty hard when they come out of the fridge but I have hot hands so they go very soft as I roll them - if you have a melon baller, it's much easier.

Mine are just about impossible to roll? I wonder if they will harden in the fridge overnight? Or I could freeze? xxx

When I make these they have been butter like. As soon as I handle them its worse! I saw on tele the other day someone put them in a square tray that was covered in parchment/cling film and put them in the fridge to set, then cut them into squares like fudge. Looked alot less faffing so i will try that next tome

Thank MS, How do you roll yours? xx

Roll? Do you mean into balls? I get a teaspoon full (or use my mini measuring spoons as they are melon ball shaped) and cover hands in icing sugar and do a rough ball shape then finish rolling with one hand on a dusted surface. Bit loads of icing sugar to stop it sticking on hands, surfaces etc

Oooo I have measuring spoons. I'll try that in the morning. I never thought about icing sugar. Doh! I have chocolate strands to roll them in xxx
