So what do you meal planners have on the menu for next week.
MIL is currently doing the shopping and cooking as they are all on Slimming World so we have
Sunday - chicken roast
Monday- chicken leftovers in a curry
Tuesday - pork chops, jackets, veg
Wednesday - salmon, rice, veg
Thursday - shepherds pie
friday - sweet chilli noodles
Saturday - ???

Tonight - fish & prawn in cream sauce with puff pastry (probably not SW friendly!)
Tomorrow - roast chicken
Monday - slow cooked chicken legs with rice and peas
Tuesday - slow cooked beef stroganoff
Wednesday - chicken risotto with Sunday's leftovers
Thursday - Shepherds' Pie

Sun- special tea as its L and Is party
Mon - piri piri chicken with roasted veg and rice (I won't have rice)
Weds - Moroccan fish stew (they will Have cous cous with it)
Thurs - mushroom omlette (il have it at work and h can make at home)
Fri - home made burgers and wedges
Sat - special tea for isaacs birthday
Sun - roast pork with mustard mash

Sunday- turkey schnitzels, mashed potatoes and veg
Monday- chili con carne
Tuesday- chicken & broccoli pesto pasta
Wednesday- homemade beef burgers & chips
Thursday- take away
Friday- chicken curry
Saturday- veggie stirfry & noodles

We don't tend to meal plan usually but I've sort of planned this week as our oven is broken. Mostly red meat as I need to up my iron intake!
S- Roast beef and Yorkshire Puds at my mums
M- My Nana's homemade beef curry with rice
T- Ready meals of some sort from M&S
W- Chicken chasseur (or maybe beef, shroom and red wine casserole) with mash
T- Spag Bol
S- Dinner out with friends
CP - Whats a 'Stovie' ???

I only plan Mon-Fri as there is usually enough leftovers to freeze some for the weekend or if that fails then we can pop out and get something else.
This week is:
Chicken and leek pasta
Fish, mash and peas
Shepherds pie with brocolli
I don't set the days as the shopping gets delivered on a Monday then I just make what I feel like/have time to do out of the 5 meals I have planned.

Tonight - spag Bol
Mon - slow cooked Spanish chicken with green beans, carrots and potato.
Mon - gammon, egg, pineapple, peas and slimming world chips.
Tues - chilli and rice
Wed - grilled chicken with pitta and salad
Thurs - something with a large turkey breast I have.
Fri - fajitas (old El Paso kits on special for £1.50 the other week)
Sat - Out for dinner
