What short bread biscuit recipe do you use again? URGENT!!

250 g (9 oz) Be-Ro Plain Flour
75 g (3 oz caster sugar
175 g (6 oz) butter
160 degrees approx 20 mins but I always check early

I thought I did but when I dug out my recipes at the weekend it was the be ro one! I have used bbc one though and never had any disasters

Yeah done my Xmas trees Saturday using bero, and froze them to see how thy freeze for Xmas. But had a couple once cooked and were goooood
