Roll up! Roll up! We've all been slacking a bit lately but I'm back in the zone after 2 weeks of good food and alcohol. I weighed in this morning with a 1lb gain, current weight 9st 2lb. I feel much heavier in myself than what I actually am so for me it's about toning (I know I know you've heard it all before!)
B: WW yoghurt, fruit, tea
L: waiting on menu & will decide
D: homemade chicken & veg broth
E: Starting the 30DS this evening - my aim is to do it 3 days this week as a start

Oops, posted the same. A 1lb gain is nowt, hope it's the same for me but I doubt it.

Morning, how are you all? I'm back on track today after a shocking week diet wise. I have ate and drank loads and haven't been to the gym in over a week which is unheard of for me. I've got 2 weeks til my sister's wedding so need to be really good til then. I'm also cutting out the booze til the wedding (don't fall off your chair reading that lol).
My scales are broken so I can't see the damage I've done - not sure if that's a good or a bad thing. Will have to weigh in at the gym tomorrow.
B - fruit,
L - either soup or ham salad sandwich,
D - Chinese stir fry.

Good luck not drinking SW. Do you need to lose to fit into your dress or just because you want to look good? The not drinking will really help. I need to start upping my water intake again.

Morning! I've also had a week of not being good! Shocking in fact! So hard to get motivated when the weather is rubbish and I spent too much time at home too! I'm back in determined mode though thankfully. SW good luck with losing for your sister's wedding, I know you can do it. Belle that 1lb will soon come off.
Zumba tonight! I so need to do more exercise though. Need to dig out what exercise dvds I've got.

Thanks, I could probably do with losing a couple of pounds so I feel good in the dress but don't need to lose to fit into it if that makes sense. It's tight so don't want my belly sticking out so a good couple of weeks detox should do the trick.

Afternoon everyone you're all sounding very motivated again. I've lost another 1lb which takes me down to 12st exactly. One more to go to be back in the 11s. I'm a bit surprised to be honest as I didn't get the chance to exercise as much last week and the diet wasn't brilliant but I'm very pleased. I had just one alcoholic drink which probably helped (rather than sharing a bottle with H on the weekends).
Stick with it everyone.

Well done on all the motivation ladies! Mine was abit hit and miss last week. Mix of not being able to get out for my run and being annoyed at putting on the week before I think. Back on it this week though and tracked everything eaten in mfp today so feeling alot more positive this week. Am hoping I'll be able to get out for a run this week but hubby out alot due to the weather so will have to see. Will try and do my 30ds otherwise. Just over 15 weeks til my sister's wedding so need to get on with it!!!!!!
