Happy Monday! 6 weeks til Christmas how are we all doing?
I was bad over the weekend. Started early Friday at work, think we ended up drinking 15 bottles of Champagne before leaving the office - oops! Weekend involed fried foods, indian and wine wine and more wine. I didn't even attempt to exercise either.
I need to be really good this week as out with the girls on Saturday.

Morning belle, my weekend was the same as yours, very naughty and I didn't go to the gym Sat or Sun. My scales are broke so thankfully I can't see the damage, I'll have to Uswest the ones in the gym until I get some new ones. I'm hanging a bit this morning so I'll go to the gym this afternoon.

Exercise seems to be doing ok and doing the Couch to 10k, been running for a while but hoping this will help me increase my distance and speed.... As for diet I am doing really bad and struggling to get back on it. Have managed to put the weight back on that I lost last year, where has my will power gone!
Sounds like a good Friday to me Belle! lol

LC it was really unsual for here apparently but we'd floated one of our portfolio companies so had to celebrate!

My excitement was homemade cake as my mum is over - I know which I would choose lol
Tell me about it. We just stayed in watching the football, with it starting early the drinks came out early. Thankfully I didn't have to get up for the school run as the kids slept at the PILs so managed to get a lie in.

Despite the food and drink they sound like good weekends!
I had O's birthday party so ate copious amounts of cake, crisps and sandwiches. I haven't stepped on the scales today so I haven't seen the damage!

Morning all, sounds like everyone had a fab weekend, today is the start of a new week ladies!
I had a bad weekend too, had a spa day yesterday then a huge roast. I used the spa weigh machine and weighed in at 9st 4, so better than I thought!
back on the exercise track tomorrow.

Hi y'all. Well I'm here and my head keeps telling me to keep it up but I'm doing poorly ATM I'm afraid. I did good for about 4 weeks and just seem to have list motivation since. I'm still being good, just not half as good as I should/could be. So il try, ire ally will.....

hello all. After being so rubbish last week I am now on day 4 of being good and its going well, Day four of shredding too and my legs are killing! my weigh in day is friday, hope I can keep it up till then!
lunch- cheese (low fat) & salad sandwhich, fruit, ww biscuit.
snack- ww bar, banana
dinner- pasta and mushrooms with low fat garlic n herb philly sauce.

Shite! The workouts are good but it's a right pain as there is no playlist or way to link them together. So you do a workout, then stop and load another, stop and load another, stop and load.....
