Oh man the weekend was not good for me food wise.
I ate fine until Saturday morning it went to pot so the whole weekend was a disaster, including a fry up, kebab, lasagne, chips, a vat of wine and crisps and sweets and baileys hot chocolate oh and victoria sponge.
Weigh in I lost 1lb which I am grateful for. Going to go back to friday weigh ins I think.

I haven't eaten a lot over the weekend, but the wrong stuff, had quite a few drinks. Not sure what I am going to have for lunch today, Ryvita and WW soup? Boak. I made a turkey mince pasta bake from a WW recipe for tonight, so that is what I will have when I get home

Bad bad weekend! I imagine most of my loss on Friday has gone back on.
I'm starting something new today which I should find much much easier, I'll update how I get on.

I've lost 3.25 lbs this week. Been stuck indoors with R most of the week do haven't been buying rubbish when we're out and about which is usually my downfall.

AFM, I weighed in with a 2lb loss this week. Very pleased considering I drank a bottle of wine Friday night, and again Saturday plus Indian meal Fri night and picking yesterday.
Hi ladies, can I join, I have loads to loose, am going to centre parcs next week so I will be dieting and exercising (30 ds) all this week, I will eat relitively healthy when away but I am returning to work the first week of march and I currently don't fit into my uniform! Help me!!!

Well done on the weight losses everyone, there's some good losses there in spite of weekend gluttony
I've also indulged quite a lot this weekend - roast dinner and birthday cake and wine on Saturday to celebrate my Dad's birthday and then loads to eat yesterday. I don't think throwing a few snowballs in the park is going to offset all that . Didn't really exercise either as pulled my back slightly when tugging my daughter along on her sledge so it was feeling a bit sensitive and I thought that doing a whole load of core exercises might not be a good idea.
Anyway back at work today and back on it.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad (this is so not the weather for salad!)
Dinner is salmon and garlic mushrooms.

Another one who had a terrible weekend, had a drink Friday, Sat and Sun, I've had chilli and chips, lasagne, take away pizza and chips. Must do better this week. Well done on the losses girls.

Well done to all you losers. I am scrabbling to make up for a ridiculous weekend but also have my birthday this weekend coming so may just start afresh next Monday. I will try Mon to Thurs this week to be relatively healthy but don't hold out much hope of any loss, I suppose I should be delighted if I stay the same!

Well and truly fell off the wagon this weekend but then it was my birthday on Saturday and if you can't have what you want on your birthday when can you? Just had my last slice of birthday cake today and back on the wagon again......well done to all of you who've lost, and those who indulged like me don't worry, just start afresh today :-)
Can I join in please. I am so lacking in motivation, went to WW last week and had put on 2lb (from xmas) and although I've only gone half a lb over my goal weight I'd still like to loose a few more pounds. Being stuck in because of the weather is doing my head in though, I keep on eating :-( I don't want the weight to creep back on when I've worked so hard to get it off!
So today I am back on it, writing it down and even shredded this morning.

Don't get enough time to post but am lurking! Well doe to all the losers! I'm sticking with it (even if I did have a kebab on Saturday!) and generally being really good. Managed to shred this morning.... Hopefully will find a better time to do it. R found it hilarious in his highchair watching me!! Put me off a little! Pj xx

PJ my daughter is 5 and will sometimes join in when I'm "enjoying" doing the Shred or tell me I'm doing the exercises wrong. I've got quite used to having an audience!

Having a snow day on fri meant I was in holiday mode all weekend!!not even going to attempt to justify my disgustingness this weekend!!!x
