Well, Friday night I drank waaaaay too much and suffered badly all day Saturday, couldn't even keep water down!!
I was pretty good yesterday though, apart from a slice of bread in the afternoon, oops!
Today I need to be good, because I'm away tonight and will be having a buffet lunch tomorrow that is no doubt full of carbs! I'm planning on taking yogurts and meat for tonight (at least I'll be on my own in the hotel so not expected to eat some meal), and I guess there should be something suitable to at the hotel for breakfast even if it's just eggs.

I've had a shocking weekend, totally over indulged. We were out shopping on Friday then stopped for drinks, then had pizza. Saturday we put the tree up and were feeling very festive so got the sparkling wine out early, it was meant to be for Christmas. Yesterday was my birthday so my parents took us out for Sunday lunch and a few drinks, then drank more sparkling wine. I'm suffering a bit today but climbing back on the wagon. B - fruit, l - soup, d - jacket potato with tuna.
What I remember was good yes, nice food and entertainment was great, although I might have got a bit abusive later in the night - I really shouldn't drink so much these days, I go weeks without a drop then make up for it all in one night!
I've got a night out with friends next Saturday, but I might actually drive (I'd already considered that before Friday) as I've got an audition on the Sunday and don't want to risk feeling rough.

Well sounds like you've all had fabulous weekends, if not for the diets!
I've been ill all weekend - some sort of sickness bug so haven't done anything. Yesterday was the first day I ate normally. So its probably been good for the diet if nothing else!
Gradually getting back to normal again but will be taking it easy for the next few days as still don't feel 100% right.
Was going to post to this earlier but for some reason didn't seem to be able to reply on my phone today.
Have a good day everyone.

SW - You're allowed to indulge a bit when it's your birthday, sounds like a lovely weekend.
Cedar - hope you're all better again very soon, at least you're looking at the bright side of things with it being good for the diet! x
