How are we getting on? I weighed 1kg (2.2lbs(ish))less yesterday so happy with that. Did an early morning Zumba session today and it hurt
B- banana, grapes and watermelon with yoghurt
L- Plain omelette and salad
D- Chicken Skewers

Well done Whitesparkles thats a great loss.
My weekend included wine and crisps and ice cream. But I did exercise both days so hoping that will offset some of the damage! I'm off out tonight for dinner with friends but will try to choose wisely from the menu and not go too mad.

Morning, I weighed in yesterday and had lost 2lbs. I had a naughty day yesterday which involved alcohol. Back on track today.

WS & SW, brilliant losses
Cedar - hope that the exercise helps with the damage from the booze and food.
AFM - i'm doing ok, still really quite motivated. Had a few little treats over the weekend as it was my Nephew's birthday so had some birthday cake and a few nachos and wedges when we had a meal out, although i shared them with H, so he ate most of them. Then Saturday night i was out at a 50th Birthday party so had a few bad things from the buffet. Yesterday i was back on track again though, and plan to be until weigh in. I'm weighing in a day early this week as we're off to Wales for an extra long weekend on Thursday, so i'll miss my normal weigh in.
B - Fat free yoghurt with pinapple, 1 piece of toast & milky coffee
L - Syn free curry & rice
D - Going to trying and make the slimming world enchiladas for tea, not sure what they'll be like, as they use canneloni tubes rather than tortilla wraps.
S - 2 malted milk biscuits.
I have 5 days of being good. Going to try to stick to water, salads, chicken and fish all week to combat bloating from 2 bottles of wine over the weekend! (And curry and chinese!)
This is me in a bikini!

Morning. I've gained 0.5 lbs. I know it's not much but I'm not happy! I shredded twice last week and walked lots and wasn't particularly bad with food. Oh well there's always next week, although I have a night out on Friday so I'll have to be extra good all week.
Feeling rubbish with cold and sore throat today so don't know what I'm eating today.
Well done WS and SW. 1st baby I'm pretty sure you look nothing like that in your bikini!

Well done on the losses. I weighed in at 9st 10lb this morning so a STS for me. I did ripped in 30 on Saturday and enjoyed, but a ay spent lazing about yesterday nursing a hangover. Back on the exercise wagon today.
