All board, we're setting off on a new journey as of today!
My sister has moved out so we can finally try and get back to normal. We ate out a lot at the weekend and yes more wine was consumed. In fact I drank 2 bottles yesterday, starting at 1pm!
Weighed in this morning at 9st 9lb. That's my new starting weight. It's my birthday in 24 days, 26 days until I go Gauchos for my birthday meal. I will be 9st 5lb by then.
B: fruit (apple, grapes, banana)L: something and saladD: salmon and salad
ETA: My H reckons he's on the wagon too. I've banned alcohol from the house for the time being. If he wants a beer he has to go pub which he won't do on his own so that will mean only weekend drinks if I agree to go

I've been doing crap anyway, but I'm going to have to take a break until I'm sorted out for medication for my over-active thyroid - my appetite is just ridiculous that I can't stop myself eating, which is probably why I'm not actually losing any weight like most people do with over-active thyroid!

Can I join in please? I'm not looking to lose weight as such, more inches from my tummy and waist but I also need to build up a bit of muscle. Basically I'm a size 8 with a mummy tummy, I would much rather be a 10 with a flatter tummy! I'm rubbish at eating breakfast and lunch so I need help an thought if I write it down where other people can see it will force me to eat properly.
B - bran flakes and whole milk
L - pitta bread with ham and salad
D - veg curry and rice
Snacks will be fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, yoghurt (and maybe some TUC biscuits)
E - six week six pack commenced today and I ache already!
ETA - waist measures 30 and tummy is 36 (I've never said that out loud before!)
Morning, I weighed in yesterday and lost a pound which I was pleased with. I can't pretend today will be a good day as we are going to the pub after school, meeting the in laws for tea but will be good for the rest of the day.

Aw poor you Deedee, a break is prob good. I have 9lbs to get to target at WW then I am either going to keep going to WW or try that 5 2 diet. I have no motivation, I can't be arsed at all. Didn't have a bad weekend though, made a few WW meals, had a few drinks, however, no binging. This week and the following 2, I am working Friday's, so I was thinking about having a couple of weeks off the alchohol, I have loads to do like sorting stuff out for hols, so will see how I do.

I weighed in on saturday and have lost 2.5 lbs which I am happy with, all that exercise must be paying off.
DD - best to just listen to your body at the moment until the meds are sorted
Fi - stick with WW, if it works don't try to fix it!
Lindtbunny - I know someone in your posistion who started "clean" eating i.e. no processed food or drink, it really helped with her Mummy Tummy
BElle - things will be so much easier if OH is on the bandwagon too - 17 weeks until holiday!!

I'm here, not been too bad over the weekend, plan on staying on track this week as much as possible.
B - 2 weetabix & coffee
L - salad of some description from the supermarket
D - going to make turkey burgers, and do with wedges and salad.
My problem at the moment is i don't think i'm eating enough super free veggies and fruit. Need to cram some in before weigh in on thursday. 3 weeks until holiday now, and so i've got 3 weeks to loose 5.5lb. It's a do-able target.

Hi all, I weighed in 2.5lbs down this morning after a shocking slip up on Saturday of McDonalds! SO I am delighted and back on track today with a banana for breakfast, soup and roll for lunch followed by salad and soup for tea tonight. Then tonight is Day 1 of Ripped in 30 - yeeeeeha!
Belle - getting H on board is key for me, it is me who is the bad influence though ...
Deedee - definitely a good idea to get your head around the thyroid issues first and get settled on any medication
Lindtbunny - looks like we are both going to be motivated by Jillian!
SW - well done on the loss, sounds like a good day ahead.
Kellfi - def stick with WW if you only have 9lbs to go, it seems to really work for you
CW - great loss weel done
chids - I love turkey burgers and forgot all about them, thanks for the reminder. 5.5lbs in the 3 weeks sounds just right.

Afternoon ladies :) well I weighed in this morning at 11st 3, which is 4lbs down on my (re)starting weight last Monday so I'm pleased with that. 7 weeks today till holiday so need tp keep on track, got a quiet period until SILs wedding in a fortnight so planning on being good with no alcohol to help kickstart things. I've been running too, Did week 3, day 1 couch25k last night andgoing running again tomorrow. Plus signed up for tennis lessons starting in a couple of weeks too (watch out Venus LOL). The great thing about dieting just now is that my best mummy friend has started a diet too, so I'm running with her and went to her house for coffee this morning, instead of her usual servings of homemade yummy cakes she produced a fruit salad - result!!
Some good losses over the weekend ladies, well done and great to see all the motivation back!!

I am sick of WW, I can do it easily and I am spending £21.45 per month lol. That is why I want to get to their target and go get weighed for free

Oh yeah Fi once you got the jist of it just stop going (well once you've used up the paid classes of course) and just go to Boots and pay 50p to weigh. That is what I do.

Kellfi I get my classes free now as I reached goal, even though I want to loose a bit more. But its nice going and not paying. Though I spend too much on WW bars instead!

Well done for all the losses! I went to WW last week and lost half a pound which I was pleased with as I'd not been that motivated , but its 7 weeks till my holiday now so I feel more determined.
B- cereal, skimmed milk
L-soup, slice of bread. Yoghurt and banana
Snack- WW choc biccy
D- Low fat Lasagne. Yoghurt.
Evening- ww bar.
when my dinners gone down I'm going to have a dance with the wii !

Well done to everyone who has a loss. I've lost 4.2lbs this week but it could have been more if I didn't get drunk at the weekend!
