Morning ladies, did we have good weekends?? Mine could have been better as some wine was consumed but I ate well apart from that. Weighedin this morning with a sts at 11st 13, which was to be expected.
I went running last night so week 3 of couch 2 5k completed and I did ripped in 30 for the first time this morning, must say I preferred it to the shred.
Today's food plan
B - bacon and egg
L - roasted med veg with chorizo
D - salmon new potatoes and veg
S - try to have none but fruit or soup if I get hungry

Morning weekender - STS isn't too bad. Good luck for this week
I'm ok, again, the weekend could have gone better. I've felt really bloated, went out to a friends house on saturday night and drank a bottle of wine, although it was the low cal, low alcohol stuff.
Was better yesterday though, and i'm going to try and do ok until thursday.
B - Mushroom & bacon omlette
L - Chilli & brown rice
D - Braising steak with new potatoes and veggies
No snacks today, as the meals are quite substantial. Going to try and drink lots of water.
I'm very achy though today, been helping H to lay flags on the new patio in the garden and it's buggered me up a bit.

I've been on my medication for my thyroid a few days now and my appetite has decreased a bit, although my weight is going up, and I've got a week until I go on holiday so I really need to be good so I don't feel like the fat blob I currently feel like! I know you can't do much in a week but it will help me feel a bit better and I'm going to count calories.
B - porridge
L - salad with chicken and cheese, oatcake, yogurt
S - fruit
D - chicken fillet with chorizo & manchaego cheese crumble with stir fry veg.
I've also been shredding the last few days to help tone up a bit, I should manage about 7-9 shreds in total (3 done so far) before we go which should hopefully help a little bit.

Morning ladies, I had an ok weekend. Weighed in yesterday and had gained a pound which was to be expected really. Went to the gym Saturday and Sunday and I'm off there again this morning. I'm relaxing the diet a bit this week as me and H both off work so we'll be out and about a lot and no doubt alcohol will be consumed in copious amounts. I'll make sure I get to the gym most days though for a bit damage limitation.

I'm surprised to see the scales reading a 2lb loss this week. 9st 7lb. I'm up and down like a yoyo trying to shift this last lot.

Belle that's really good, well done! The last bit is always the toughest.
I had a great weekend food wise - but not diet wise, so decided not to weigh myself today - I might go for Wednesday instead and be extra good today and tomorrow!
Today's food is
B - marmite sandwich with danish bread, fruit
L - soup
D - Homemade WW recipe spinach and ricotta canelloni
snacks -fruit, possibly crisps, but will try not to!

I was ill throwing up friday and ill saturday, picked up sunday and went for a lush meal for my mums birthday which included alcohol, chocolate waffle dessert, two starters and a main!
Will weigh in on friday. I need to get back down to they gym but cant today or tomorrow, hopefully weds will see me back there!
