How is everyone getting on?
Thanks PJ for posting your before and after Pics, you look great and a real inspiration.
AFM, sorry i went AWOL towards the end of last week, i've been a bit unwell with a cold, and now my back has gone. So i'm hobbling around like a cripple.
Food wise i was ok until the weekend, then yesterday we were out for a meal at frankie and bennys. Not really a great deal that's SW friendly, i went for a burger and swapped the chips for a side salad. Although i didn't think to ask for no dressing, so by the time i'd had the dressing on the salad, i probably would have been better off with the chips. Back on it though today, i've got 3 days to put yesterday right.
B - 2 weetabix & coffee
L - slimming world chicken fried rice and curry sauce
D - sausage, swede mash and loads of veggies
Snacks - grapes, strawberries.
I did weigh in last week, i lost 1.5lb, so i'm now at the weight i was when i started weight watchers about 6 years ago. It means i've lost 13.5lb in total so far

I'm back on the diet wagon and I'm horrified with myself. I'm now 14st 7lbs . H is back at work now so I won't end up making bad choices. I've readjusted my MFP calorie limits so I try and lose more each week and started 30DS today (that was a killer!). I've just got to keep motivated.

Hello, I'm coming back to this now! I've had nearly 3 weeks off dieting for one reason or another, and of the 10lbs I had lost, I've put 5 back on . So cross with myself, but feel really motivated this morning to get back to it and stick with it. I AM going to lose a stone by July.
I love PJs photos, they have given me a kick up the ass as well, I want to be able to look at photos of myself and feel pleased with how I look as well.

DS - H's are terrible for de-rayling us aren't they? I hope you get back on it again, it'll be worth it.

Thanks Childs - Hope you back is better soon. We all are allowed treat days! Well done on weightloss. I found that once I started losing it gave me more motivation!
DS - Forget about the weight now. Just start making good choices from now on and you'll see the difference! Well done on 30 day shred. Keep going it really does get easier!
Cat - Thank you again. I was very paranoid about my belly, still am but H did pay me many compliments so I tried not to worry. Nevermind about the weight, just start a fresh and keep going. You ca do it!
AFM - Well had a superb weekend, although I really let go. I had a few of my homemade biscuits, bread (very rarely eat it lately) Pasty (it was at the wedding, I only could manage 1/2, H had the other half, We both are really surprised at how much my stomach has shrunk) And in my hungover state I had crisps and more biscuits. Which tbh was quite good, we were planning a takeaway and I turned it down. Not sure if im proud or disappointed as right now I want it! But still. I'm trying to not weigh everyday as I was getting a bit OTT with jumping on scales. So trying every other day, but its so hard not to jump on them. They really do keep me on the straight and narrow but just trying to do it without them. Anyways. I'm trying my hardest today, tues, weds and thursday as I have friends over thurs eve, fri eve, sat eve and then a family BBQ on sunday so planning my days very strickly and letting my evening meal be naughty. H and I are off on our caravan holiday next weekend so would like to have STS at 9.6 so I can enjoy myself then. Next week will be good until I leave.

B - fruit (apple,grapes and pear)
L - salad
D - cooking toad in the hole for H and R but I'm thinking I will just have sauage with lots of veg. I'm not a huge fan of toad in the hole tbh. I alwasy find it a bit strange, maybe because my mum never made it for us as children (clearly, deprived wasnt I?? [laugh)

I had a n ok weekend, wasn't bad but felt like I was if that makes sense?
Gym tonight - oddly looking forward to it!

D: Chicken with something, maybe salad, maybe beans depends on the weather!
