How we doing? Did we have good or bad weekends?
I'm pleased to report a loss and my current weight is 9st 7.6. No idea how I've got here, stress probably. PLus I've really cut back on snacking treats like Popchips and instead am eating so much fruit during the week.
I can't post meals as I'm unsure what I have this week. And we are away later this week too so lots of pub grub and dirty burger van burgers

Thats good lovely, just in time for your weekend away too where much booze shall be consumed I am sure - well jealous!
I am trying to find my "zone" to be honest, and my current mantra is to take each day as it comes and try not to attribute food with feelings.....not sure if it is working on not, only time will tell.

What's happened to SW? I thought you were really enjoying that. It's so hard when you come out of the zone, but once you get back into the swing of things you'll be loving it again. You were so positive about it.

Morning all, Sorry I haven't been around much! It's so hard to post at the minute!! Anyways I weighed in last week at 9.9 so that 3.5 stone loss. Chuffed to bits. However I had a terrible weekend, Family were visiting from London, which consisted of pasty/fish and chips/chinese/burgers/alcohol ect. Was AWFUL but its the first time I have done it since January so nevermind. Anyways I have a wedding on Sarturday and I'm feeling really bloated. I'm hoping to have a PERFECT week this week to get belly down and praying for a sts. Then will work the last two pounds off before my short break in a couple of weeks. Would like to 9.7 when I go away.
I have made a huge fruit salad for lunch tonight dinner will be soup and homemade bread roll! mmmmm.
Will try and drink more water aswell to flush my system out!

PJ - thats a fantastic loss, you have done great. do you have photos of before/after? I love seeing the difference in people. it's very inspiring!
Belle - SW went out the window weeks ago, I have been seriously bad, fed up, bingeing, it's not good!

Well done Belle how great that you know you can indulge in the lush food at work and still be thin!! Bet you feel great!
I had an ok weekend, indulged in wine and some crisps and fish & chips but nothing else which is great for me for a weekend. I need to be good all week as got a night out Saturday night. Will try and limit my bread/potatoes as that usually makes a big difference. Also starting power walking some evenings with a couple of friends too.

CW - You'll get back to it, sometimes you need to just break free a bit.
PJ - OMG, i was drooling at what you've been eating, hope the bloating goes before the weekend though and the wedding.
I've not done too bad this weekend, perhaps gone over my syns a bit, but i try and stay syn free pretty much throughout the week to combat being a bit free with them at weekends.
B - 1 wholemeal toast, 1 boiled egg
S - fat free natural yoghurt with strawberries and grapes
L - Mugshot, banana, muller light
D - H and I are having pub tea as we're going to watch the football. So probably steak with jacket spud.

CW - NOOOOO! Why what's happened? I thought you were really enjoying it. Right I'm giving you a virtual slap right now and kicking you up the jacksy. You are unhappy so bingeing isn't going to help you feel better. What are we going to do? You joining the gym soon? Any Zumba or badmington booked up? What's on the menu this week at home?
Mossy - I'm really not feeling great at all as I need to exercise. Couple more weeks of chaos then I should be ok again.

Hi everyone, I too have been out of the zone but am hoping to push myself this week. I know what I need to do to shift some pounds - alcohol and snacking need to be halted for a while. I just need to bl00dy well do it. I have started jogging again and am going to do some Jillian Michaels dvds this week so small changes that I will hopfeully stick with.
PJ - you can realyl see the difference, well done you.

PJ it took me 3 years to deal with my post baby body so 5months is nothing! Give yourself a huge pat on the back for your weight loss and just fit in exercise when you can.
