Morning, after a naughty weekend I got back on track yesterday. Off to the gym this morning. B - tea, l - not sure, d - jacket potato with tuna.

Morning, I am back on it today and ditching the snacking. Snack a jack and fruit this morning, salad for lunch and then not sure yet for tea followed by shredding this evening. I want to lose 9.5lbs over the next 4 weeks which is so doable if I can just find and keep my willpower.

Morning. My good intentions went out of the window over the weekend. So back to it today.
Breakfast was toast
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is lemon risotto and grilled mushrooms

After eating so much on holiday I was expecting a big gain today, but I've only put 2lb on!! I was so shocked, I was certain I'd put on a good half a stone. I was a little bit naughty though and didn't take all my thyroid tablets while I was away which I think must have been the reason the weight didn't go on, but I'm back on them again today.
It might take me a few days to get back to the diet, although I will be soooooo much healthier than I have been, all the food was so nice, especially the desserts!!
