Morning, anyone still on the weight loss wagon? I've been terrible over the weekend so going to make sure I have a good week this week so I don't sicken myself before Christmas has even started. B - fruit, l - soup, d - spag bol.

I weighed in at 10st 2lb this morning. That's a 3lb gain in 2 weeks. WTF?!
I can't resist the chocs and mince pies and all the booze so think I'm going to leave it for December, enjoy myself and get back on it in January.

Sounds good to me Kat. I'm not going to be dead strict this week but going to stay healthy. I'm going food shopping today but not going to buy all the treats until next weekend cos I'll end up scoffing them.
Me, well I had a day of drinking on Friday and a big Xmas dinner yesterday but not put weight on but I'm off out tonight as well eek!

Wasn't too bad most of the weekend, although blew it all last night when we went to my brothers for tea and cake - too many naughty non-dukan friendly nibbles that I couldn't resist, plus a couple of glasses of prosecco. Oh well, going to keep with it!

L - ham, chicken and extra light philly, yogurt
D - salmon and ?
S - yogurt, sugar free jelly

Snow White I saw you had started the thread and thought 'ONG, I bet she's been brilliant this weekend which is why you started the thred!' Love it!
It's December, too many treats and nights out, so will be doing my best to maintain/not go over 10 stone!
This weekend was a huge chinese meal Friday night, Saturday calamari, camembert and chips for lunch, 3 course meal for dinner and far too much alcohol - Pina Coloda Prosecco White wine Rose wine cosmopolitans and a fry up sunday, hot cross buns, cheese, biscuits and steak pie and chips and ice cream. OMG looking back at that no wonder I look 6 months pregnant now!!!
I;ve got E off today as she was sick sunday morning so a day or washing, ironing, chilling here. I was meant to go to town to do my last minute shopping but will have to go friday instead. Gym or swim tonight as I feel bloated! x

I had a rubbish day yesterday - at my nephew's birthday party. Wine, buffet, cake, ice cream, cheese, more wine. Enjoyed myself but ate far too much.
So this morning I hauled myself out of bed at 6.30 and did Ripped in 30 Level 3. I have an ambition to do it every day this week as I am not working so have a little bit more time in the mornings. But I could feel my knee a bit so might not be up for it.
Am finding it harder to stay focussed. Especially as my H came back from a chocolate tasting evening on Friday with yet more chocolates to add the haul we've already got in the house. We must have enough to keep us going until Easter already
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be soup
Dinner is fish and potato rostis
