I've iv put on 4lbs!!!!! It's hardly suprising tbf. This week has consisted of : Creme egg brownies, home made aioli, various bread, meats, cheeses, home made muffins, birthday cake, jelly, curry, various sweets, pork pies, sausage rolls, cheese rolls, crumpets, croissants the list goes on! Feeling vvvv bloated! By Saturday I didn't actually want to eat anymore!
anyway, on wards and upwards
breakfast : yoghurt and oatbran
lunch - crabsticks.
tea - miso soup with chicken

CP I'm drooling at that list! A week of healthy eating and I'm sure it'll come back off.
I've lost 2.75 lbs this week, taking me past the 10% on WW. Although I hardly ate anything yesterday,was feeling a bit queasy after I spent the weekend cleaning up after R and O who took it in turns to be sick, either that or I've got the bug they have.
No idea what I'm eating today, I need to go shopping.

Debbydoo well done on your loss and hope you're all feeling better soon.
CP how did you find time to see any patients, sounds like your last week in A&E consisted of eating! You'll soon shift that again, some of it might just be a temporary bloat gain (sorry that sounds horrid!).
As for me I have had a completely lazy weekend as my daughter is fighting of some virus and I developed a cold. So no exercise which means its not looking good for this week. Hoping I'll be feeling well enough to exercise tomorrow.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is lemon pesto risotto and grilled mushrooms.

AFM - weighed in at 9st 9lb this morning. No idea how I've lost 2lb as I've been eating everything and anything I fancy and I've not exercised properly in days.

I have fallen off the wagon completey and i am worried that I have undone all my hard work so far. I was off plan for the hen weekend about 2 weeks ago and haven't managed to get back into a routine.
CP will you really just eat crab sticks for lunch- nothing else?

Cp - that food list did make me drool, the weight will come back off. It's not every week you do your last week at work.

Me - I've just wanted to eat and eat and eat all weekend, i've tried to be as good as possible, but yesterday at my aunties birthday i had some chocolate cake, and a couple of chocolates. I'm hoping to get back on track for the next couple of days before weigh in, and hopefully it won't be too bad. I've just had my eating head on and i've wanted stodge.
B - 1 wholemeal toast, boiled egg & big drink of squash
S - penguin wafer biscuit
L - Mugshot, mango, strawberries & pinapple
D - Spag bol with turkey mince

Morning all! I am disgusting. I hate myself. I weighed in at over 10 stone, I havent been over that for about 10 months. I have just re-joined ww online. I was half heartedly doing it last week but actually working out the points id had, I was way over. So thats it, back to the ww grind and feeling optimistic. i have a huge food shop to do for delivery tomorrow so any ww peeps want to throw me some food ideas, im all ears x

Well done to those who have lost? I've been terrible, far to much booze and crap food, will try to be better today but I'm hanging and want stodge.

Morning, well done to all who have managed a loss. I STS this week but wasn't really trying to am quite happy with that. Need to find some motivation for this week.

1st baby, I used one of those colmans shake and stir sachets last night, It was lovely , my whole meal was only 4pp, I used butternut squash instead of potatoes and added some more steamed veg. I shall be buyi g more of those in future

I've lost 1.2lbs this week, and happy with that considering I was out for a 3 course lunch and wine on Saturday!
Back on it yesterday and today though. Would be thrilled with 2lbs this week, fingers crossed.

I'm cheating this week because I've had a sickness bug the last week which has made this surprisingly easy. I've lost 4lbs since Friday.

Hi all, I've been so rubbish with weight loss I'll probably go and put it all back on before my holiday! So I am here and sticking to it. I HAVE to or I'll be really dissapointed with myself.
B'fast- cheerios, banana
Lunch- beans, 1 slice toast.
Snack ww bar
Dinner- chicken casserole, roasted veg.

Well I've had cake at work today but apart from that I've done OK so far. This office is impossible at the moment for cakes, snacks, whatever. I'm blaming it on the poor weather.
