Goodmmorning all. Sorry i only see to creep onto this thread on a Monday.
Im not sure whether to go to Emmy ww meeting today. My normal leader won't. Be theand imp I'm planning on a trip to lakeside and don't want to rush back!
i quite good good most of last week but it went to pot at the weekend, yesterday I really wanted cake debut couldn't be bothered to go to tthe shop so baked a jam roll and ate far too much of it, oops
i think I may hAve lost half a pound this week. So that's 5 lbs in 6 weeks

Morning! I spent the weekend mostly eating so it can't be good for me. Am definitely finding it harder in this cold weather. Probably was a mistake to make flapjacks on Friday too!
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is salmon pasta

Morning all. Bad week last week and weekend involved a kfc pizza plus wine. Start my new job today. Im currently sat in mcds having tea and bagel for breakfast. Dinner is shepherds pie. Need to find a boots so i can weigh myself.

Morning Ladies, sorry I've been awol for a couple of weeks. I've been off work so havent been able to update the chart.
I've been terrible over the last 2 weeks, I've ate and drank far too much but going to be really good now and weigh in on Friday.

Morning all, I've lost 0.75 lbs this week so 22lbs in total at the moment.

Afm - I went shopping Saturday and I was very happy! I bought mainly size 10 I couldn't believe it. I bought a lovely dress for a wedding I have in April and feel so much better about myself now my clothes aren't dropping over me. Speng far too much money but H said for me to as he knew i really needed new clothes. im so pleased. after i has big R i was wearing a size 16 jeans. so since jan 2012 i have lost over 4 stone and had another baby in between. best part is all i have done is cut crap out, been really strict on my diet and exercise lots and lots of walking. H thinks i have been addicted to shredding as its first thing i do in morning and then do it again once kids are asleep. I have had a quick check of scales and I'm pretty sure I'm going to hit the 3 stone loss target this week if I am good. ( I dont count weight i lost before baby R) So really want to stay on target.

I was 10.2 last week SW started back on WW and weighed in at 9.11.6, so 4.5lbs lost this week which included 2 meals out, 2 lunches out, wine and delicious new recipes! x

I've not been too bad over the weekend, i'd really like to get as much off as possible this week so i can get as close to my stone as i can, which was the mini goal i'd set myself for the end of March.

Pj that is brilliant and a size 10 wow.
1st baby you done really well this week.
Well I went to my meeting at lunchtime after saying I wouldn't and actually lose 1lb this week instead of the half pound I thought I would.
