Morning all. Just weighed in and lost 2lbs so am pleased with that. Really need to knuckle down this week as I now only have 7lbs to lose to get to target which I know I could do in a few weeks if I really tried. However, it is the 'really trying' I am finding hard.
Breakfast will be banana, salad or soup for lunch and stir fry for tea.

Well done on the 2lb loss Ali that's brilliant! Keep at it, slowly and steady, 2lb a week is easily done.
I weighed in at 9st 12lb this morning so a STS which is brilliant. I was worried I would gain so very happy.

I've had a bad bad weekend, I knew I would. On Saturday I had a 12 hour drinking session at my friends but didn't eat too bad. Yesterday me and H were hanging a bit so we did the good old hair of the dog trick which worked a treat and ended up having an Indian Take away which wasn't that nice.
Anyway back on it again today, I'm hanging a bit today and can't be ar$ed to go to the gym but I'll shred at some point before I pick J up from nursery.
B - tea
L - ryvita and fruit
D - Roast pork, veg and potatoes.

Great stuff you are at my target! STS is fab, well done.
Morning ladies, good weekend here, so happy with that! Going out for lunch today so had a small breakfast and planning veg stir fry for tea to counteract the bad lunch! Alsi well done on the loss, and belle congrats on sts on first week of maintenance, it's always hard striking that balance between eating more and not gaining!
Hope everyone had a good weekend and those that were planning bad ones are climbing back on the wagon today.have a good day all xx

Well done belle, that great for maintaining, this is my worry when I reach goal, although not sure what goal should be!

AFM - not too bad this week. I'm not a big drinker but really wanted wine last night so had a couple of glasses. I added it to map though. Today is curry for tea but not sure what else!
Can I ask a question. How do you pick your goal weight?! I'm not really sure what to do, I'm just setting mini goals and seeing when I get there. Do you think. Should have a weight in mind?? I go back to work 1st July so want to be looking good for then. Pj xx

PJ - I'm setting small(ish) goals for myself but have a larger goal overall. I'd just like to be in a healthy weight range as my weight has just crept up and up over the years. Long term I want to lose at least 3 stone but I'm focussing on a stone at a time. If there's a weight where you know you'd be comfortable with yourself I'd go with that and see how you feel.
I've lost 3.25 lbs this week, so in 4 weeks I've lost 10.5 lbs. I've no idea what I'm eating today yet apart from toast for breakfast.

SW 12hr drinking session is impressive! Don't think I'd manage one of those now without a little help
PJ I still don't know what my goal is or should be. I picked some numbers out the air - went with 9st 5lb - but that's actually too much for me to lose so I'm not trying to maintain at 9st 12. I also went with dress sizes, dropping one at a time.

Belle - I agree with you about dress sizes. Just thinking Pj - so you have work clothes you have to get into? Maybe use that as a guide. Good luck with it.

Afm - went to my best friends this weekend, didn't eat a hideous amount it have too much wine, I did have a curry yesterday and a Krispy Kreme though but that's all I had so hope by Friday I'll lose that ... I am following the Fast Diet and having a fast day today (handy when you need to go shopping)
B - cereal
L - coffee and tangerine
D - omelette and crudités
Let's see how I handle it!

Yes will use work clothes as a guide. I guess ill keep going until I feel I need to stop and maintain. I hate shopping for clothes I find it so depressing, I will be needing some style tips when I get to that point! Pj xx

I'm at my goal weight of 9stone 7lb! But my weight fluctuates so much within half a stone that I have a lot of trouble maintaining. Can you add me to the chart please SW.

I don't weigh in until tomoz, but I think that I have lost. I never decide what I am eating until I get there lol, I know that I am having a salad for lunch & ryvita. Well done Belle for maintaining, what dress size are you now? Alsi, I always think its the last few pounds that are the hardest. MossyE, how fab Everyone else, well done x

I'm same as you Belle, I'm now at my goal weight but still not happy with my tummy & love handles. Need to start exercising again to tone up.

Mossy get on the 30ds with us. I'm on day 12 today, have gone to level 3 and boy can I feel it.

I am back on it hardcore this week after a gluttonous weekend. I had a *** birthday so ate lots of Haagan Dazs and drunk lots of wine,
Today I have a numb mouth from the dentist so plan today is:
