Enjoy the zoo PB. Glad you're on track. Impressed you've made a picnic. It's near impossible to make good Food choices at those places.

I'm having a fast day so egg and soup and maybe a banana!

Good luck everyone especially those starting afresh this week.

PB - well done on your loss and for going to another class and not just avoiding it as you are off out

1stbaby- enjoy the cake and get on the treadmill tomorrow to burn it away

Beez - I still don't know how you don't want to eat your arm Laugh you have fantastic willpower

Cedar - it's all about balance so I am sure the exercise will help

AFM - stayed on track all weekend. Had aqua yesterday followed by a three mile hike in the mud to feed the ducks. On a positive my skin is much clearer and I am sleeping and waking up so much easier now I have removed a lot of rubbish from my diet - lots of bonuses there!

    B - weetabix

L - tomato and bacon pasta salad and yogurt

D - chilli followed by fruit salad

    S - banana and grapes

    1 hour of badminton tonight

Beez - I am impressed with the fasting, hope today is easy

Cedar - looks like a good meal plan for the day

NB - that all sounds really positive it is amazing the difference small changes can make to how we feel.

AFM - it is weigh in day for me. I am just about to go up to the first aid room in work to weigh although I am fully expecting to have gained as I was kdding myself last week. Going to try and stay focussed this week.

    Morning ladies!

Pelican well done on the loss!

I weighed in at 9st 10lb this morning so another 1lb off. I'm surpsied actually as I've scoffed so much hotel chocoloate bread and cake, not to mention wine Saturday night. I think keeping up the shredding has helped. Day 20 completed last night whilst L was in the bath. I've really noticed a difference in my body. Bought a bikini yesterday and it looks lush even if I do say so myself.

    PB - enjoy the zoo.

1st Baby & Beez - good luck today

Cedar - Hope your exercise helps

Nina - Well done for staying on track all weekend and great news on the exercise front

Alsi - Good luck for weigh in

I've been better over the weekend than i was last weekend, although we have been out for two meals.  I chose wisely though, and swapped chips for jacket spuds, so hopefully it wasn't too disasterous.  I did eat a couple of chocolate mice from the children's party bags but i syned them, and i've tried to keep most meals syn free.  I made a lovely curry last night, with chips rice and veg pakoras and there was no syns in any of it.  Slimming world amazes me with what you can eat.

    Food today

B - 1 wholemeal toast, mushrooms 2 bacon and fried egg

L - Left over chicken curry & rice with veg pakora & strawberries

D - Left over chicken curry & chips

    S - 2 malted milk biscuits & milky coffee

    Morning all,

Time to get back into the diet- I had an awful week whilst my sister and her lot were over. Stood on the scales this morning and am shocked to still be the same weight as I was when they arrived- better than putting it on anyway! I guess it helped that I was walking everywhere, swimming lots and generally chasing the children around all week.

    B- toast and boiled egg

    L- omelette

    D- chicken and pesto pasta

Snacks so far have been grapes and a biscuit

PB- Enjoy the zoo and picnic (hope the weather is good) Well done on weight loss!

    1st- Enjoy the cake!

Beez- You are doing so well, I'd be craving junk if I ate so little!

Cedar- Hope the exercise paid off

    Nina- You are doing brilliantly!

A- Hope it's a better week for you too!

Belle- Well done, you are doing so well! Where did you get the bikini from?

Morning everyone, well done to those who lost and stayed on track all weekend. I was out with a friend on Saturday which involved lunch and cocktails, so wasn't a great day. I was picking at food yesterday too, so not a good weekend here. Back on it today, scrambled egg for breakfast, lunch is soup and salad, dinner is chicken chorizo jambalaya yummy. I must lose weight, I'm really annoying myself with not sticking to it. Got fruit to snack on and planning a big walk tonight. I hurt my shoulder on Saturday night so can't think of exercise I can do without aggravating it. Hope everyone has a good day x

Morning 0.75 lbs off today. I'm a bit disappointed but AF was here and a friend brought chocolate croissants for breakfast yesterday so I suppose it could've been worse!

Well done to all who've been good over the weekend and to the losers.

We're off to the park today with my friend and her little girl so will get a bit of walking done. I bought a jacket from Oasis at the weekend - first time I've been able to fit into anything from there in about 5 years!

Beez Im 5ft 6.5, I have huge GG/H boobs so a lot of my weight on the scales come from those.  My friends are shocked when I tell them how much I weigh because they think I'm a lot lighter, which I would be if I didn't have these huge knockers.

I would love to be 11st for when we go on holiday in August, that would be the lightest I've been for years.

I carry a lot of weight on my legs so quite often people think the same of me (although obv I'm massive compared to you ) I'm 5'8" ... Even when I was 13 stone I fit into a 14 in some stores. You can do it!

SW have you weighed your boobs? I'd be deducting that weight from my overall!

I think my boobs are shrinking. They look tiny now.
