This thread was really quiet last week, was everyone having the week off? I had a naughty weekend but got back on track yesterday. Just over 7 weeks til Christmas and I will get to goal, about 5lbs to go. I'm at the gym this morning, 3m run, 20 mins in the stepper and 10 mins bike already done, just got weights and abs to do.

If you don't see me here everyday reporting in give me a shout ad a swift kick up the ass! I have 2 weeks til my night out which I recall saying 3 months ago I'm going out in November I need to get into shape and have done jack all about it - very cross with myself. SO a strict 2 weeks ahead of me.
I weighed in at 9st 4lb this morning so 1lb off. I need to exercise will be doing my results with Lucy workout tonight plus an additional 100 squats with weights and 100 sit ups.

I will do Belle, I'm presuming a lot of us have been slacking over the last few weeks due to the lack of posts on this thread. I'm on a mission to get these last 5lbs off before Christmas so I'll keep on at you.
So you went for the results with Lucy? What's it like?

Dunno I've not started it yet lol! Last week was one of those nightmare something to do every evening weeks so I didn't get a chance to do anything. I'm planning tonight so will let you know. The format looks good, lots of 7-10 min work outs to choose from and you aim to do 40mins 3 times a week to start off with.

I'm here. I've been comfort eating last week due to what I posted about. I've been to the doctor and I'm fine now so here I go, I'm back. I surprisingly lost a pound last week but I'm determined to be back on track now. Good luck with the training belle and well done on the 1lb off. Well done to you too SW, you will get that 5lb off no problem with your motivation.

I too am getting back on track this week! Have been ok on the exercise front as did run 1 week 8 of Couch to 5 yesterday. - up to 28 mins now which I can't believe!! 2 more this week and back on track foodwise too. We have a family photo session on Saturday so thats my mini goal for now, then a night out Dec 7th and then X'mas. I like to have smaller goals to hopefully keep me on track for the big one!!
That Lucy thing sounds good Belle. I saw a thing on Daily Mail online yesterday and she looks amazing!

QS not sure what I've missed but hope you are ok.
Lunch today is going to be fish and salad I think. It's chicken curry on the menu will see what it looks like before deciding.
sorry I've not been here, I didn't diet last week as we were out n about lunching places and at friends cos of half term , and had a weekend at my SILs which involved lots of food and alcohol. t'was lovely but my jeans are feeling snug so I am back on the diet today, no excuses. I have lots of things coming up that I want to look nice for . Also need to get shredding but I am a bit bored of it so wan't to get another DVD- any recs?

forgot my todays menu-
b'fast was cereal, skimmed milk
lunch was ham roll, salad, banana
snack will be ww bar
dinner will be maybe some roasted veg with chicken. Not sure yet.

It's £12pm which is £3 a week, monthly subscription via Paypal. You then login to the website and view the video workouts so can do on pc or mobile or tablet.

Hi all can I join in? Had my little boy weeks ago and feel ready to slowly get into shape, I ran pre pregnancy but stopped due to sciatica downloaded couch to 5k and will continue on week 2 tonight. Food wise a bad morning but just made a weight watchers steak and mushroom pie with veg for tonight. Looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better
