Morning, how was your weekend? I weighed in yesterday and lost a pound. Having a day off the gym today as I was there Sat and Sun.

I really must get back into exercising again as I've been so slack just recently and I can feel it now. I'm determined to do better this week.

Cedar you sound like me! Food wise I'm all over the place since my tummy bug!
On the upside I did my 1st 5k run yesterday. Ran the whole thing and did it in 36 mins 50. No records broken but the furthest I've ever done non stop. Was on cloud 9 after and think I'm going to do a 10k next week. The exercise is what's keeping me on track so need to keep at it.

I had a bad weekend but a good day today! My weigh in is Friday so lets hope I can make up for all the buffet food and alcohol and birthday cake!

B'fast- cereal, skimmed milk
lunch- roll with low fat cheese spread n marmite, low fat crisps, fruit.
Snack- ww bar
Dinner- porridge & banana cos I'm feeling lazy.
