Well it's never me who starts these threads and I haven't contributed to one for ages but I finally feel in the zone again after being a pig for so long. I've got in the nasty habit of snacking in the evening, mainly crisps & choc!!! I'm going to be good now until Christmas. Still few treats at weekend but not in week.
B - fat free natural yoghurt with sliced banana
L - Ham, cucumber, mixed salad
T- Battered fish & veg
I am totally starving lol

I had a naughty weekend but back on track today. I lost a pound when I weighed in on Saturday so only 3lb to go to get to my Christmas target. No gym today but I should be able to get there every day for the rest of the week.

Well done Frankie for getting back on track and to SW for another loss - nearly there!
I've been good too, although dinner plans are up in the air for tonight as I popped to the ILs and haven't long got home. Have my weekly points to use though so should be alright. Went for a run yesterday which went really well considering it was only the third time I've run since over a year off, managed to run about 2 miles without stopping and really enjoyed it. WI on Wednesday so hoping for another loss.

Well done on the loss SW ! And well done Margot for running, its been so cold. Frankie well done for getting back in the zone, thats half the battle.
I had a bit of a rubbish weekend but hey ho, back on track today.
Todays meals were
B'fast-cereal, skimmed milk
lunch- 2x toast and marmite, low fat crisps, fruit.
Snack- ww bar, fruit
Dinner- Beans on toast, mini choc bar. Banana.
