Right, it's exactly a month until H's birthday party and our night away so I am back and on a mission!
Back to WW and writing it down.
Quarter or a jam sandwich and tea 5pp
Lunch - Tuna Salad 6pp
Dinner - Egg salad 6pp
Thats 17pp so no snacking and off to the gym tonight might swim depends how hot I am! 7;bs is my aim in 4 weeks. Will take a lot of motivating me, so please kick me up the ar*e if you dont see me posting!

You still doing the ab challenge? Yo umust be almost finishe now. I'm struggling with the crunches after the sit ups but no pain no gain! I've drunk my body weight and more in wine Friday cider Saturday and Stella yesterday. Back to it today.

I've been good food wise, really cut back as u don't really have an appetite at the minute!
Still doing the ab challenge and squats with weights but not shredded for a while and doubt I will now.
Weighed myself Saturday and I am now 9.2 so quite happy with that little loss! Although I was good with BBQ food yesterday, I did manage to sink 1.5 bottles of wine..

Morning ladies. Had a mixed weekend as had alcohol and bbq food (but tried not to go overboard with it). Also went for a swim yesterday and ended up doing some running afterwards (just playing not a proper run) so hoping that might help make a difference. Meant to do the ab challenge but forgot yesterday so will do later today.
Breakfast yoghurt and fruit
Lunch is chicken pasta salad and fruit
Dinner is salmon fillets and salad

I'm not doing too good this week. I've got 3 days to pull it round before weigh in on Thursday. We had a bbq on sunday which I ate far too much at, and topped it off with a chocolate éclair and piece of bakewell tart.
B - 2 toast with mackerel
L - ham salad, muller light
D - braised beef, new potatos, carrots and cauli
S - grapes.

Morning ladies, I had a bit of naughty weekend but got back on track yesterday. I'm just on the bike at the gym now, have done 30 mins on the stepper and 20 on the cross trainer, will also do the ab challenge, I think I'm starting to see a bit of a difference in my tummy.

Yep still continuing the ab challenge just doing a few more each day - didnt make sense to do it for 30 days then give up - especially as we havent eaten brilliantly so although there was more definition, the flab covered it! HA HA!

1st Baby - do you know what your body fat/muscle percentage is? at your size it may be better to focus on that, the less the fat and more the muscle the better you will look x

After trying to really get back 'in the zone' last week I failed miserably. I'm annoyed with myself, since my holiday I can feel my tummy getting rounder so I need to do something about it . Had a good day yesterday and feel like I am finally going to get back on track.
b'fast- weetabix, banana , skimmed milk
lunch-banana sandwhich. Yoghurt
Dinner- not sure yet.. something with lots of veg.

Had a mixed weekend. Friday had a day off diet as was out for day so took a m&s picnic and loved it! Saturday morning did a 3.75 mile buggy run and a 2 mile walk. Sunday was fairly good except a magnum but we were on our feet most of day.
Today: buggy run of 5 miles! Very pleased 7 weeks post natal. Have got post natal Pilates at hospital this afternoon.
L: pasta salad
D: maybe veggie burgers and salad
Weighed myself on Saturday and had lost 4lb in 5 days so not bad really. Only 9lb to go until pre-pregnancy weight but 1st 10lb until pre-pregnancy one weight!

Please can I come back? I fell off the wagon while we were back in the UK but have managed to lose 5lbs since we got back! I'm 6 lbs off target now!

I have been really rubbish at posting - sorry!
I wasnt mega good last week but have stopped eating whole packets of biscuits!! Weighed this morning and i have lost 3lbs so really happy with that.

Mixed weekend for me...
The bad... Chinese Saturday night
The good, 7 and half mile walk with interval training Saturday and good Sunday
Tried my jeans this morning and I did them up! Wouldn't say they fit but it's a start. 1 month until party and wedding that I need outfit for. I am helping a friend out by being her guinea pig for a weight management course as part of her masters,had my meeting this morning and I need to keep a food diary and stick to my target of breakthrough snacks. She has taken all measurements and now is going to work out where I can make good food changes and what my calorie intake should be. Hopefully this will keep me on target!
