Morning ladies, I think a few of us have been feeling a bit loss motivated over the last couple of weeks. So this is the week we all need to get our motivation back and get back on track. I for one was rubbish last week and can feel I've put weight on so this week I will be putting the effort in at the gym and being strict and hopefully when I get on the scales on Friday I haven't done too much damage. Just waiting for the gym to open then going to do some serious cardio - at least an hour.

You're right, I've definitely fallen off the wagon the last week. So tired today but will do 6w6p later. Just realised I go in holiday next Friday so really need to crack on so I don't feel like a flabby mess while away. I've just weighed myself at Annie's doctor's and the scales must be wrong as they said 100lbs which is only 7stone2 - can scales really be a whole stone out?? Last time I was 8'4 so it's not possible to have lost that much and still look the same surely haha.

I'm feeling better, been AWOl for a few days as I've been ill. Felt like i'd got tonsilitus, but I had them removed when I was about 6. I had about 48 hours last week where I hardly ate, and it showed on the scales. I weighed in at 17st 11.5lb at SW on Thursday. Which meant i'd lost 5lb. I know some of it will be down to being ill, but I only didn't eat for a day before I went to weigh in. So fingers crossed some of it is a true loss. I've been on it pretty good this week so far too, I need to lose half lb to get me to 1.5stone off in total, so I hope I can do it.
B - 2 Weetabix, & milky coffee
L - superspeed soup, muller light, cherries & pinapple
D - turkey chilli & rice
Excellent motivational speech Snow White. I'm here and reporting for duty. Have gone abs and squats day 1, restarted due to lack of chance with clingy baby. But I can squat with her so no excuses. I wasn't that healthy over weekend, no snacks but did have a dessert yesterday. Shall we all give ourselves something to achieve this week. Mine is to use mfp and log all food including weekends. Would also like to beat my walking mileage of last week which was 16 miles. My gym membership restarts next Monday so hoping that will have a good impact on the scales. 1 stone to go!
L- pasta salad
D-chicken and mushroom with noodles
Snacks- going to walk to green grocer and do a fruit and veg shop
Exercise- challenges, walking

I'm getting back to it this week, now we've got our house back from the plumbers. Will be getting back on the exercise wagon tomorrow.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is chicken salad and fruit
Dinner is spaghetti bolognaise

Plan for today is
B - omelette
L - count on us meal
D - chicken in tarragon sauce
Snacks will be fruit if needed.
Exercise will be some walking, abs and squat challenge and I'll try to shred or something later on.

HF good idea with the weekly target. Mine is to do the challenges all week (except the planned rest days) and to shred or do ripped in 30 at least four times. And record everything in ww app. Oh and another one is to be in bed by 10 each night! Except Wednesday when I'll be at Robbie Williams

***crash*** do you ladies mind if i join you?
So i only put on just over a stone when i was pregnant with P and when she was 2 weeks old i got on the scales and was half a stone lighter than when i fell pregnant!! BUT i havegained half a stone so now weigh what i did when i fell pregnant and i was 2st overweight then. So i have 2st to shift. I have been eating ridiculous amounts of chocate, cakes, biscuits, puddings etc. Much as i am ashamed to admit it, its not been unusual for me to eat a whole packet of biscuits in a day and more other stuff!! Its disgusting and i fesl so fat and lethargic. So as of today i am being good. Just cutting out junk and eating more healthily to start with. If i cant stay on track i am back off to join WW next Mon!

Another newbie reporting for duty! I'll weigh myself at my parents later as we don't own scales but I'm also going to measure myself as its inches as much as weight I want off. I want at least a stone off to get back on my poor horse and 2 to get back to pre baby one weight. I'll basically be going back to my gestational diabetes diet of low GI ish. I need to actually meal plan for this to work!
I've just run 2.8 miles with the buggy in 33 minutes which isn't bad 6 weeks post natal also constantly pulling my stupid run leggings up. Might try metafit Friday and another run Thursday.

Great to see this thread so busy. Chids well done on the loss. Welcome MM and wh, I'll post the chart on Thursday when I'm in work, let me know if you want added. I've just finished at the gym - 4m run, 30 min stepper, 10 min cross trainer, 10 mins bike, ab challenge and toning exercises. Going to jet wash the back garden now so a busy morning. I've put my name down to do metafit tomorrow night eek.

Belle I think your at the best weight for your height, a sts is good you don't need to lose anymore x
I have started my weight loss on friday, Had an okayish weekend, my parents came to visit and luckily they are on a diet, My problem is that I can't really go the the gym or running or anything like that (I can't walk for long periods) So I have too do trampoline and excercise bike and hopefully get my husband to take me swimming, Which are all good rehab things too!
I am following the slimming world plan, I did it before I had my accident and loss nearly 3 stone in 6 months but I was a lot more active then! So fingers crossed hehe!

Hello, back on it, great its so busy!
Ive done an hours cardio at the gym, toning exercises and the ab challenge - today was hard - 100 sit ups, /i managed 70 without stopping, 150 crunches, done half and half, and had to stop plank after 30 seconds to remove my socks then did 1.5 mins so aching now!
