Morning Ladies, how did you get on over the weekend?
I had a pretty good weekend, I weighed in yesterday and have lost a pound, its coming off slowly but I'm happy with that.
I went to the gym both days over the weekend, I'm aching a bit today so giving myself the day off but have done the ab challenge. I had a treat day yesterday but back on it today.
B - Fruit
L - Ham salad sandwich
D - Fajitas or Maggi chicken and veg

I am trying to get back into focus with this as I've been quite lazy the last week or so - I've eaten far too many snack things. Did Ripped in 30 on Saturday morning.
We're having our boiler replaced this week so not sure whether I'll be able to do any more exercise until later in the week - not convinced that we'll have hot water every day although we're supposed to!
Anyway, I've logged everything in MFP for today and will be ignoring the snacks and trying to stay focussed. Its not long before our holiday and I'd like to shift a bit of weight or feel more toned by then.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be salad and fruit
Dinner is one pan roast fish.
Glugging lots of water and ignoring any snacks in my office!

You're in the zone! I had a bad weekend, it's so hard to remain healthy having guests and going out for meals, the temptation to drink and have snaks as puddings is always there. Plus I can't really shred with them around. They've gone out now so I could shred but it is baking and I just can't take the heat right now! Will do it tonight but do some crunches this morning.
B - tea and whole meal toast
L - omelette
D - pasta and salad

Weekend wasn't too bad, walked around chester zoo yesterday for a bit of exercise with the heavy toddler in the buggy. We took a picnic so did ok food wise too. I need to get back on it this week, I don't seem to have lost anything now for ages, other than what I put on whilst I was on holiday.
B - 2 Weetabix & glass of squash
L - 2 rounds of ham and beetroot, muller light
D - chicken, new potatoes & veggies
S - grapes, strawberries, cherries and pinapple. Maybe a little cupcake I made at the weekend.

I was did a little exercise at the weekend (ab & squat challenge both days plus bought myself a thigh toner - MY GOD!) but nowhere near enough to counter balance the kebab Saturday night and curry last night. Had wine too which I've discovered I'm not enjoying anymore so going to switch to G&Ts or beer for my tipple over the summer.
Having said all that my scales at home said 9st 5lb this morning - will weigh in at Boots today or tomorrow to double check.

I didn't have an awful weekend, did have a curry Saturday night and some choc & wine but nothing excessive. I came on on Friday and it's my first proper period since having the implant, I've felt sooo bloated it's disgusting, I'm still really bloated today and haven't been able to wear jeans, have been living in jogging bottoms around the house and leggings. The good thing is that I weighed this morning and I'm still 9stone 8lb so despite the bloating I haven't put any weight on, this bloatedness actually puts me off eating!

Right... I know I rejoined here the other week but been away taking d to see in laws and was hard to get online. I tried to be good but they had made puddings and are especially... I tried to do lts of walking to counteract it all. I was 10st 8 this morning so not too much damage. Really want to be 10 Stone by aug 3rd and initially gave myself 8 weeks to do this but need to step up the pace. I am still in maternity clothes and nowhere near fitting my old Jeans so this is another target to reach. Need to do the shopping so will find lots of healthy food.
B- special k
L- either a healthy sandwich or a salad depending on if I get to supermarket
D- chicken, potato and veg
Snacks- fruit wholemeal toast, cracker bread
Exercise- 3 mile walk to gym to restart membership in July, abs challenge day 1, breast feeding (I record it in mfp as 400 calories so makes sense to include)

Well Boots scales are saying 9st6lb so that's a 2lb loss. WHOOP! 1lb to go (which could even be the bacon sarnie and 2litres of water I've had this morning) Now to tone....

Not a good weekend here. Ive done my neck in doing the ab challenge - today is meant to be day 17 but not sure if I will be able to do it later or not. inormally do it in the mornings.G had me up 12 times last night so all I can think about is tea and cake but have just filled a bowl of strawberries instead. I need to loose a stone to feel better about myself all over but I cant see it happening.

Oh no that is so rustrating 1stBaby! We feel like we are ghetting somewhere then an injury crops up. Don't push yourself if you can't do the sit ups, do the leg and planks and maybe 50 squats instead?

Got that! Added a banana for energy and now got to go out. Bloody kids, who'd have them!? lol. Early night tonight me thinks x

1st Baby that sounds like a hideous night. Poor you.
Frustrating re the exercise - there are some gentle yogo stretches which might help your neck.
There are a some pilates moves which help with the core but won't pull on the neck. One you basically lie on the floor and pull your stomach in. Its more gentle but can be very effective.
