Morning ladies, how did you get on over the weekend? I got weighed on Saturday morning and had lost 1lb which I was pleased with. Its probably went back on over the weekend as I've consumed my body weight in alcohol, we had bbq at my mams on Saturday and yesterday I had ice cream.
Anyway, back on it today, its just over 6 weeks til my holiday so really need to work at getting those last few pounds off. It won't be easy in the school holidays but I'll try my best.

L - Tuna salad
D - Spag bol
E - No exercise today as I'm at work.

Morning, I'm back from my holiday and am trying to get back in the zone today. My tummy is huge after all the food and drink I've consumed but am hoping I will feel less bloated this week by eating normally and no booze. Will start the shred again tonight too.

I too consumed my body weight in alcohol case of ber saturday 2 bottles of wine yesterday. Hardly any foods though as just too hot to eat, the odd sausage and some crisps but that's it really.
My last weigh in was 9st 3lb but I think that was fluke so am happy to keep the chart at 9st 6lb as no doubt I've gained after the weekend. My plan is to do the Shred for the next 30days. Just hope I can stick to it.

Hi!! I didn't do too bad food wise over the weekend as it was just so hot I didn't feel much like eating. Had less alcohol than usual too. Today's plan -
B - Shreddies
L - Ham wrap, pack of crisps
T - Burger with salad

I ate badly and dranke loads too over the weekend. Its all very well eating salads but then I drinki beer, cider, wine and cocktails and eat ice cream lol! x
