Morning, after a pretty rubbish week last week I'm back on track as from today - only 7 weeks til my hols. I'm off to the gym in a bit which won't be pleasant in this heat but needs must and I'll also do the ab challenge.

Morning SW - well done on being dedicated on getting to the gym.
I've walked into work this morning from mum and dad's. It's not far, only a 15 minute walk, but it's better than nothing.
B - 2 toast & beans. Glad of fruit juice
L - Banana, cherries, Muller light & French fries
D - Chicken Salad
I can't be bothered to cook whilst it's so hot, so not really eaten properly at the weekend. Lots of picking at things and salad.

I weighed myself this morning after a kebeb and beer weekend - 9st 3lb - whoop whoop! Will be exercising tonight, 6 weeks til holiday.

I'm crawling back again today. I'm still going to ww weekly but the weight is creeping up. Not great that we are having a kitchen fitted so will have no cooker still for another 3 weeks and I just keep in receiving bad news about family and friends which makes me want to turn to rubbish food.on the plus side I am still exercising, going tomy personal training session in a little while.
Just under 4 weeks till H's 40th and I want to wear something nice

Morning ladies! I'm back after a couple of weeks off track! Not sure what my weight is as need new batteries in my weighing scales but my tummy definitely feels bloated. I've definitely lost my mojo with diet/exercise lately but this lovely weather is my new motivation as don't want to feel/look fat in my summer clothes! Plus it's easier to eat less in hot weather. Today -
B - 2 slices of toast with marmalade
L - Ham wrap, banana
T - pie & veg

PB - stick at it, just because you've not got a cooker doesn't mean you don't have to eat badly. Do you have a slow cooker? You could do currys/chillis in there? It's warm so salad is a good one and doesn't need cooking.
Mossy - you do eat less don't you when it's warm. I can't be bothered to cook, so it's been mostly salad a fruit at the weekend. Although i did have some ice cream yesterday.

Everyone is doing so well! We had a bad weekend which started with curry on Thursday night Not gained or lost anything over the weekend though so happy with that! Bck on the ball today and planning a late night swim when the children are in bed tonight.

I know how to loose weight. I can do it when I put my mind to it. But I love food. I love eating, I love drinking. I hate my belly nd thighs though. Such a vicious circle!

Do you have a goal set? H 40th? Do you need to lose weight or just tone up?

I've been bad food wise all weekend and most of last week! Good exercise wise though.
Back on the wagon today. Ran 4 miles in blazing heat and zaggora hot pants. Pilates this afternoon.
B- blueberries, low fat yogurt and OJ
L- pitta, houmous, tomatoes, celery and a banana
D- haddock fish cake, veg and new potatoes

1stbaby - have you thought that maybe you are at your natural weight now and that you just need to exercise to tone the areas you do not like?

No CW - I am still overweight. I know toning needs to happen too, I just cant be faffed. Even with H's borthday 3 weeks away! We will be going to a spa with skinny cows and all I want to do is eat...and drink.
I just need to jfdi, gym tonight???????

Well I went to ww and lost half a pound this week which I am pleased about. It's given me a boost. The pt session was tough but good.
1st baby our h's must have similar birthdays, my h is 40 in 3.5 weeks and I'm using that as a goal to tone and lose weight. Come on, we can do it
