Morning ladies, how was your weekend? Mine was naughty, as usual.
I've got 5 days til my sisters wedding so I need to be really, really strict, my dress is figure hugging so don't want any lumps and bumps where they shouldn't be.
I'm at work today then heading to the gym when I finish.

Morning SW! Wow that's come round quick! You will look fab!
Friday was a disaster food wise for me (but a lovely valentines day!). I ate a whole box of chocolates, chinese, half a bottle of wine. I worked out i had over 80 syns lol! So drew a line under it and have been mega good all weekend! Back in the zone now. Today's menu -
B - yoghurt and fruit
L - ryvitas with dairylea and salad and superspeed veg soup
D - veggie paella

I was naughty all last week after such a good start but like MM I'm drawing a line under it and starting again today. I did shred both days of the weekend so that's a start - equaly I ate a whole sharing bag of peanut M&Ms yesterday - where's the pig icon?!
SW how did you get on not drinking last week?

MM - It's a new week so forget about the weekend.
Belle - Same for you, well done on the shredding.
The not boozing til my sister's wedding didn't go to plan, I had a drink Friday and Saturday but not as much as I usually would have and didn't touch any yesterday even though I was at a kids party at a rugby club and the parents I was sitting with were all boozing and trying to get me to have a few pints but I resisted. No booze now until Saturday.
