I had a full on feast of a weekend, champagne and 3 course steak dinner followed by my body weight in Pernod. Hangover was cured with Pizza Express on Saturday and yesterday a McDs breakfast! However I never gained - no doubt it will show on the scales next week!
Back to exercising today and eating healthily.

I'm a lb down this week, given this weekend I am shocked! lol My brother is staying with us so we had plenty of drink and pizza, chips, ribs etc!
I'd be happy to loose a lb a week until this blubber has shifted!
I ran three times last week and will do the same this week.
SO I weigh 9.13.4 now

I had a bad wk end too....good well planned meals but too much snacking! And a few cans of coke too. Today's a new day as they say...although we are going to the in laws for dinner, first visit since moving out and she is doing curry so maybe a fresh start tomorrow??

Morning. I was doing OK on the weekend until Saturday night when I had some booze and rather too many biscuits. But exercised both days so hoping that the damage won't be too great overall.
At work today so will get out for a walk at lunchtime but won't have time for other exercise I don't think.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is either leftover salmon or leftover chicken. Not decided yet.

Very bad weekend food wise!!! Although no alcohol passed my lips so that was one "good" thing haha! Also went for a run yesterday. My 1st in a few weeks as had back/neck issues. Felt great for the run but ruined it with food after. Don't know what was up with me!!! Anyway, back to normal today and hopefully out for another run this evening.
Have a great day all!

I've had a really bad day... No exercise and I ate 2 sandwiches for lunch with crisps (and a side salad ha!) Fajita's for dinner so will indulge in far too much cheese and sour cream loveliness!
Back on it tomorrow.
