Morning, how was your weekend? I weighed in on Saturday and had lost 2lbs, only got 2lbs to go to my target for my sisters wedding in 4 weeks.
I had a naughty weekend, drinks, a few snacks and a take away pizza last night. Back on track today, I need to be extra good this week cos I've got something on nearly every day next week so I'll not be sticking to my diet.

Morning! I had an ok weekend, well it was actually pretty good for me in that I didn't snack in the evenings on crisps or choc but did make millionaires shortbread with the kids which was too nice to resist. Also had roast dinner with all the trimmings and a bottle and a half of wine over the weekend.
Keep going, just think about how good you're going to look in your dress for your sister's wedding. What is the dress like?

Another 1lb off for me this week. No idea how given I had 3 course meal Wednesday night then Pizza Express Friday night plus lots of wine. I still desperately need to tone - I've been so lax and have noticed it in my legs and tummy.

An okay weekend here, not too bad for food, had quite a bit to drink at H's work do on Saturday but danced lots too. Back on track today, I find it so much easier in the week to stick to plan. Just can't get motivated with exercise at the moment, tired from N waking up early and just not really feeling it. Will try to stick to lots of walking as I'm enjoying that and maybe some kettlebells too. Less than a stone to go so can't lose my weight loss mojo!

I;m 2lbs down this week - a nice rounded 9 stone 11. Well happy as noticing it in my clothes. Bought some lovely jeans in a small 10 on Saturday so a few more lbs and they will look lush!
It's my birthday next Monday so I have a night in with Munchkin on Friday, meal out sunday and family meal sunday so lots to do before friday!

Well done to everyone who has lost weight.
I've lost 2lbs this week which means I've shifted all the weight I put on over Christmas. Just need to shift the stuff I put on last year now!
Yesterday was a heavy day as we had a meal to celebrate my dad's birthday with wine and dessert and cake. So I probably shouldn't eat for the rest of the week to make up for it. However, this Wednesday is our wedding anniversary so will be eating again then too. So will have to make sure I get in plenty of exercise this week to try and burn it off.
Defintely feeling in the zone at the moment. Trying to slow down how fast I eat and keep logging everything on MFP.
