How was your weekend? I had a lovely weekend but diet wise it was terrible, I've had pizza, cake, crisps, sweets and copious amounts of alcohol and I've done no exercise all week. I can feel it as well, my belly is so bloated I feel horrible. I couldn't get weighed last week as my scales are broken and the gym ones had ran out of battery.
I'm going to be really strict this week, I'm determined to get under 11st - I've been saying that for weeks and it hasn't happened

L - Ryvita and grapes
D - Jacket potato with chilli.

Hi SW, good luck for this week!
I am so cr@p, I pop on here every now and then and say I;m joining and then bog off! Anyway, I joined SW a week and half a go. Worked really hard for my first week and only lost 1/2 lb :( I was so gutted and just wanted to cry. A lovely lady who started the same night as me (and lost 2 lbs, bi@tch, lol) came to talk to me as she could see I was gutted and said that she really struggled when she was BF and not to get disheartened etc. So, I was right back on it. Weigh in is Thursday night and I hopped on the scales this morning and there was a 10 at the start!! So happy. That was my morning weight so that would show on Thurs but at least I seem to have shifted a bit more this week.
I'm trying to get to the gym as well, min 3 times a week but that is pretty challenging but I 'll persevere.
When I fell pregnant with M I was 10.10 (but needed to lose weight!) so that is my first aim, then 10 st and eventually about 9.7 I think.
I really will try to post more often if you'll have me!

afternoon! Well I posted on Friday about how I'd been to WW and gained 1.5 lb, so gutted as I'd been so good all week, exercising , walking , sticking to my points, possibly was to do with AF turning up early. Anyway Fri and Sat I was out n about and not dieting, but got back on it yesterday and was good yesterday and so far today! Can't face shredding but will do stuff on the Wii later.
lunch- low fat wrap/cheese salad cream. cherry toms, cucumber. Velvet cruch, banana.
snack- ww bar
Dinner- pasta and veg with low fat garlic n herb philly sauce, fruit.
Half is still good Morph! You'll prob see a bigger loss this week . Fingers crossed!

Afternoon. I had a rubbish week last week thanks to having a cold and giving in to the temptation of snacks, etc. This weekend was much better. Didn't drink any alcohol at all, had super low calorie meal on Saturday night and went for a long walk yesterday.
Need to get back into proper exercising again this week, I can really feel it that I haven't been swimming or anything much else.
Trying to focus properly again and not give into the temptations.
Breakfast was cereal and yoghurt
Lunch was salad and fruit
Dinner will be soup
Enjoy the rest of the day.
