How was everyone's weekend? I was naughty as I normally am at weekends but not excessively so, usual wine and some crisps but back in the zone today! I've got a night out on Saturday and my mum's 60th meal Sunday so I have good motivation this week to be good and increase the exercise now I'm feeling back to normal after being poorly.
B - shreddies
L - ham roll & wotsits (picnic at the park lol)
T - battered fish, new pots & veg
Lots of water!
I'm also going to power walk 3 times this week in the evenings and ZUMBA tomorrow night!
Come on people the sun is out we need to shed these pounds now so we look good in our summer clothes!!

I've still not been able to stick to any sort of healthy eating since my holiday, but I'm determined after seeing how much weight is going on!! I really need to be good and only have healthy things to eat today.
B - porridge
L - salad, yogurt
S - fruit
D - not sure, MrDD needs to buy something to go with the veg we have.

Morning, meal wise I was good, I had two treats all weekend: a glass of rose and some ice cream when we went to movenpick! Being good again today and will shred later - level 3 today argh!

I wasn't too bad. I tend to be a bit free-er with my syns at the weekends, but try and go syn free during the week, usually it works out ok then.
B - Bacon and egg sandwich
L - Superfree soup, muller light yoghurt
D - Chicken curry, syn free chips
S - grapes, strawberries & pinapple

I was naughty at the weekend: curry & wine, Beefeater dinner & wine, snacks galore and wine. But weighed in a STS this morning thankfully. TOTM for me which explains the eating like a mad woman. Back in the exercise zone for me, legs out in shorts yesterday they need some work.

It's hard isn't it Deedee if you're not in the zone, your menu plan for today looks really healthy though, keep going this week!

Chids I think I need to go on SW if I could have bacon & egg sandwich for breakfast!! I don't fancy going to classes but my friend is going to start soon so I'm going to get her to give me all the info lol.

Thanks Mossy, I'm trying - the problem is I get really hungry because of my thyroid, and end up shaky - despite only having breakfast at 9am, I had to have lunch at 12pm as I was getting the shakes. The tablets have reduced my appetite a bit, but are also affecting my weight in a negative way for me (most people with overactive thyroid lose weight, I didn't, but didn't put weight on either despite how much I was eating, so the tablets are having the effect of putting weight on almost, sort of). I've got a banana earmarked to keep me going this afternoon (I'm trying to hold on as long as I can before I eat it), then at least we're out this evening which will stop me nibbling, as long as I can resist any goodies at the cinema!

I was shocking this weekend and am dreading weighing in this week! I;ve just bought a lovely dress to wear out friday night that isnt very forgiving so I need to be good all week and eat salads and drink a ton of water and also gym it! x

Mossy, i'm amazed at what you can eat on SW and still lose weight. Eggs, are free, bacon with all the fat trimmed is free, 1 of the bread would be free (classed as a healthy extra) the other bread would be 5 syns. You get 15 syns to work with a day, but as i've had free food for the rest of the day that's fine.
Tonight i'll be having home made curry, half rice and half chips, all of which is syn free

Well I am back in the zone today after being rubbish last week. And went round to a friends for a rather boozy lunch yesterday where I ate far too much cheese.
Have done pretty well so far today - just have to avoid snacking this evening. Went for a walk at lunch time.
Dinner is something with salmon.
