Sorry I've not been on today, I've not stopped. Icr just had a call from my dad though and my noun has fallen and her friend S thinks she needs stiches in her arm. My mum is in her fifties anhasp part from looking after us all she hasn't done anything for herself since I don't know when. She is very shy. She has just done this training for the 10k, we were so proud of her doing something for herself and now this. I just know her confidence will be out the window. she is petrified of blood, i mean really scared. The thought of stitches will be scaring the sh!t out of her she has already nearly fainted.
So her friend is taking her to get it looked at. Be brave mum, and don't lose your confidence in yourself vibes xxxx

Thank you, as you may be able to tell I'm a little protective of my mum .
she is back home now with 5 stitches in her elbow. I don't know how she managed it as she used to go faint when I grazed a knee. The poor thing thouweren't dad would go mad and tell her to pack the running in. He is a panicer and I admit it is what he was saying when he rang me and my brother, but my bro told him to get a grip. Fair play to my dad as much as he worries he went straight into her and told her to get a new pair of trainers and not let it put her off. So my mum is tucked up at home after getting her brave up and I'm very proud of her. Thanks ladies, I was a worried mummy with a twist!
