So, the house is actually going on the market. feel a bit sick, didn't think it would ever actually go up for sale. Really not sure I want to move. I hope H knows what he's doing. No need to reply just needed to get it out there!

1st baby- we spent so much time doing this house up, H more than me as he's been here 8yrs, to my 5. He basically rebuilt the whole inside, when I met him 5yrs ago it was a building site, with a bathroom. We finally finished it two yrs ago at Easter & I just want more time to enjoy all our hard work. It took a while but now I really like our home&the way we have decorated it. I just don't want all the upheaval again. The garden is almost where I want it too, and I've put a lot of time into sorting it all-H isn't bothered about the garden. But the house he has seen is nice, bigger, right on the canal, which is what he has always wanted, so he can walk out of the garden and straight into a canoe on the water. It doesn't need a lot of work-we could move in and live there no problem, but it has potential if we wanted to improve it. It's in the same village we live now, literally round the corner, which is good as we both like it here. So there are lots of pluses. H thinks the housing market will go up next year so he's keen to move now. I just like our house as it is, taking on a bigger mortgage worries me, it's just happened quickly. We looked at the house last sat, just to see, I really didn't expect our house to be on the market so soon.
